Lille launches scholarships for students wishing to enter the 6th grade. With financial support from the Jeannine Manuel Foundation, Lille offers income-based scholarships that cover registration fees and part or all of tuition fees to increase social diversity and access to bilingual education. The program aims to provide access to the bilingual, bicultural curriculum regardless of parental income. The selection process includes review of the student's school records, a verbal and numerical skills assessment, attendance at a school presentation and a school visit, and a meeting with a school director. Applicants follow the regular admissions procedure; the 6th grade program is designed for students to become bilingual by the end of their studies.
