The school relies on Montessori pedagogy and neuroscience to release and deploy the cognitive, social and physical skills of all children. The vocation is to develop the potential of each child in an exceptional material and human environment. The education follows Maria Montessori's tradition and is viewed as an 'aid to life,' with the aim that children become free, confident, aware and responsible individuals. The school emphasizes three pillars—Observation, Rigor and Researchers—to guide teaching and continual improvement.
The school offers Montessori Activities, an English course, Visual Arts in English, Musical Awakening and Theater workshops. These workshops run on Wednesdays for ages 3 to 12 and develop motor skills, language, creativity and self‑confidence. These activities foster autonomy, concentration, social interaction and an openness to learning.
The school partners with Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) to support children in Cambodia and raise funds through campaigns and product sales. PSE has operated in Cambodia for nearly 30 years to lift children out of poverty through education and vocational training.
