Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and meal options are published as net annual amounts and set in the school contract; 1/2 board (Repas Ecole and Lunch Box) is established as an annual flat fee included in the contract.
- International exam fees (IB, Cambridge, SAT) may be invoiced separately depending on options chosen in lycée.
- Specific billing schedule (number of instalments, due dates, penalties for late payment) and accepted payment methods are defined in the school contract and communicated at enrolment.
Boarding / accommodation
- No on-site boarding is provided.
- Host-family accommodation for collège and lycée pupils is arranged through an external host-family partner (ARAM); accommodation arrangements and fees for host families are managed outside the school's tuition schedule.
Other costs and fees (examples of recurring optional charges)
- Annual optional services (examples and typical annual charges):
- Kindergarten after‑school care (garderie) — annual options: 1 day/week EUR 200; 2 days/week EUR 380; 3 days/week EUR 500; 4 days/week EUR 600.
- Directed study / supervised study (primary and secondary) — annual options: typical ranges such as EUR 280–EUR 840 depending on number of days per week.
- Language and academic support options (annual): FLE (French as a foreign language) and additional English lessons commonly around EUR 1,100 per year for 3 h/week.
- Exam preparation options: Cambridge preparation and other certification classes charged per year (examples: 1 h/week and 2 h/week price bands).
- School trips, extra‑curricular activities, exam registration fees and certain international exam costs are charged in addition to annual tuition when applicable.
Refunds and withdrawals
- Application, administrative and entry fees are charged once on application or at enrolment; annual tuition is contracted for the school year.
- Cancellation, refund and withdrawal conditions (including whether any prepaid tuition is refundable on mid-year departure) are set out in the school contract and in the enrolment terms.
Fee payment options

EPBI is a private bilingual international school located in Baillargues, near Montpellier, France, welcoming more than 30 nationalities. The school offers a continuous education pathway from age 2 to 18, with equal instruction in French and English from Preschool through secondary. Students can follow both the International Baccalaureate (IB) program (MYP and DP) and the French National Curriculum, with additional pathways in Cambridge and American curricula, and options for the French Baccalaureate, IB, Cambridge, SAT, and a Dual Diploma. Class sizes are small and classrooms are bilingual across the campus, which includes a physics-chemistry laboratory and outdoor spaces.
