Nursery through middle school are bilingual, with classes taught in French or English and two teachers per class. The learning approach is Montessori-inspired and concrete, emphasizing active teaching through gestures, manipulations and exchanges. In the International Elementary, CP to CM2 students study in a bilingual setting with 18 pupils per class and receive individual support aligned with official curricula. Since September 2024, the Innovative College offers a bilingual middle school for grades 6 to 9 in small classes of 18, with mornings devoted to fundamentals and afternoons to chosen pathways such as languages, arts and sports.
Music, art and cooking workshops form a core part of the cultural experience, complemented by numerous cultural outings. Wednesday Workshops provide extracurricular bilingual sessions each week and are open to children from outside Esclaibes International School. Holiday Workshops offer week-long bilingual cultural courses during vacations, with opportunities to learn and improve English.
