How fees are billed and per‑term amounts
- The school issues one invoice for the annual fees before the start of the school year; this invoice is broken down to include tuition plus any chosen options (languages, bus, uniforms, trips, SEN). Payment may be made either as a single full payment or in two equal instalments (due before the start of school in September and in January). When the two‑instalment option is used, each instalment equals 50% of the annual tuition.
- For families joining after September, the school uses a single‑payment approach with term percentages applied to the annual tuition for late arrival: First term (Sept–Dec) = 100% of annual tuition; Second term (Jan–Mar) = 60% of annual tuition; Third term (Apr–Jun) = 40% of annual tuition.
Development fee
- Development fee (one‑time): EUR 2,500 (standard); EUR 7,500 (employer‑covered). This fee is charged for campus development and school‑wide programmes. The development fee is non‑refundable.
Cantine (lunch) fee
- Cantine (organic lunches and snacks) is charged annually. Typical cantine charge shown: EUR 2,500 per year (standard). Lunch is not charged for children who bring a lunch box.
Language support / EAL / additional learning support
- FLE / EAL / LSS support fees (where applicable) are shown as a separate charge. Typical support charge shown: EUR 350 (standard); EUR 500 (employer‑covered). Availability and level of support are handled case‑by‑case.
Optional extras and other recurring fees
- Breakfast Club (Mon–Fri, 08:00–08:45): EUR 170 per term.
- After‑school clubs (Mon–Fri, 16:00–17:00): EUR 170 per term.
- Bus service (door‑to‑door): EUR 4,850 – EUR 9,850 per year depending on route and location.
- Annual school trip (Primary & Middle School): EUR 750 per year (one trip per school year).
- SEN (Special Educational Needs): additional charges apply on a case‑by‑case basis; a separate SEN Support Fees document sets out details.
Refunds and early‑departure charges
- Notice of departure must be given in writing at least 30 days in advance. Refunds for pupils leaving during the academic year are applied to the billed tuition (including bus service and SEN fees) as follows: departure by 31 December = 50% refund of billed tuition; departure by 31 March = 25% refund; departure after 1 April = no refund.
Late payment, penalties and termination
- Invoices are due according to the invoicing schedule. A 5% monthly interest charge applies to payments delayed by more than two weeks. If payments are delayed by more than one month, the school may terminate the schooling contract after written notice.
Boarding
- Boarding is not offered at this school; boarding fees are not applicable. Programmes are structured as Early Years, Primary and Middle School day provision.
Payment methods and practical instructions
- Payments are required in euros. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account details supplied on the school invoice. The school sends one annual invoice before the start of the school year; the invoice will itemise tuition and any selected options. Installment plans are available on request in accordance with the billing schedule.
Other notes on costs
- The school lists additional one‑time or programmatic charges such as application/re‑enrolment fees, development fee, cantine fee, language support and optional services (bus, clubs, trips). Special arrangements (scholarships or employer‑covered billing) are noted where employer‑covered rates are shown alongside standard rates. Installment plans and the SAVIO Education Scholarship may reduce the immediate fee burden for eligible families.
