Boarding fees and related charges

- Medical advance for boarding students (one‑off held amount): EUR 500.
- Certain boarding services (laundry, holiday transport to stations/airport, two after‑school clubs in some boarding options) are included in boarding fees as specified by the school for particular boarding packages.
Other compulsory or frequently charged costs
- Book deposit (refundable subject to school policy): EUR 160.
- School uniform: EUR 210 per pack (uniform packs exclude Première/Terminale in the published note).
- IGCSE exam fees and IB exam fees are not included in tuition and are billed separately upon exam enrolment (IGCSE exams billed in the relevant year; IB exam fees billed in final year).
Optional and supplementary fees
- French as a Foreign Language program (supplement): EUR 2,500 per year.
- English as a Foreign Language supplement: EUR 1,995 per year.
- International Baccalaureate academic supplement (annual, does not include IB exam fees): EUR 3,120 per year.
- Mother‑tongue lessons (1 lesson/week) and supplementary foreign languages (1 lesson/week): EUR 1,260 per year each.
- IB other languages supplement (languages other than English, German, Spanish, Arabic and Italian): EUR 1,490 per year.
- Optional Wednesday canteen: EUR 300 per year (Primary) or EUR 330 per year (6ème/5ème/4ème).
- Learning support (per year): EUR 1,260.
- Supplementary sports and academy programs (golf, horse riding, tennis academy, football academy, Sport‑Studies): available on request and billed separately.
Discounts
- Sibling discounts: 5% for the second child, 10% for the third child, 15% for the fourth child (applied to tuition as specified by the school).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- All official fees are payable in Euros. Payments accepted by bank transfer or by cheque; any banking fees are charged to the payer. The monthly payment plan is available only to French citizens resident in France; full bank account details are provided in the school contract.
- The school's contract and terms require 90 days' written notice for early withdrawal or change of status; any semester started is due and any early‑departure reimbursements are subject to approval by the school's Head. Admission and registration (enrolment) fees are non‑refundable. If a student is expelled, no refund will be given. All student accounts must be paid in full and be in good standing before records or exam results are released.
Refunds and cancellations
- Admission (entrance) fees and enrolment (registration) fees are non‑refundable.
- Early withdrawal requires 90 days' written notice; any semester already started is payable in full and refunds (if any) for unused time are subject to approval by the Head. No refunds are issued for expulsions.
Fee payment options (practical details)
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (wire) and cheque. Monthly payment arrangements are restricted to French residents living in France; all bank charges incurred are invoiced to parents. Bank account details and the formal payment schedule are provided in the school's registration contract.

International Bilingual School of Provence (IBS of Provence) is an international bilingual school in Aix-en-Provence, France, serving ages 2 to 18. The school offers a bilingual French–English program and two progression paths. The IBS Section follows the French National Education curriculum with a strong English component, while the International Section prepares students for Cambridge IGCSEs in Grades 9–10 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma in Grades 11–12, taught largely in English. In the French Bac pathway, about one‑third of classes are taught in English and two‑thirds in French, with a year‑long program supporting foreign students to improve their French. The IB Diploma Programme is delivered in English and includes six subject groups, a 4,000‑word extended essay, Theory of Knowledge, and Creativity, Activity and Service. Domaine des Pins houses a library, amphitheatre, and art and dance spaces. IBS West Campus opened in 2025 for primary classes, with 75+ nationalities and six sites.
