Visual arts and performing arts are offered from 6th grade to provide an expressive outlet for creativity. Outside the curriculum, IBS offers a Theatre Program, Art Club, School Choir, and Music Club, with performances at events such as the annual Christmas Party, Student Talent Show, End of Year Theatre performance and End of Year Party.
Spanish is available as a Primary School club. The school hosts Model United Nations (MUN) events to foster international awareness. The school community comprises 75+ nationalities, supporting global understanding and cultural exchange.
A wide range of clubs is offered for both Primary School and Secondary School, including Guitar, Multi-sports, Football, Kids Club, Arts, Creative drawing, Homework club, Gardening and Nature, Choir, Dance and Percussion, Reading, Spanish, Swimming, Chess, History, Theater; Secondary also offers Ceramics, Yoga, Crossfit, Photography, DIY Arts & Crafts, Chess, Swimming, Badminton/Table Tennis, Comics/Manga, and Choir.
IBS of Provence engages in patronage and sponsorship of local cultural, artistic and sports associations, partnering with organizations such as Festival d'Aix-en-Provence, Mécènes du Sud, Ballet Preljocaj, Les Concerts au coucher de soleil, PAUC Handball, and Provence Rugby, among others, to support community cultural and sports initiatives and exchanges.

The school places great importance on student development through sports. A wide range of sports is available, with regular in-school sports classes three to four times per week, plus extracurricular options such as Martial Arts, Fitness, Yoga, Dance and collective sports (Basketball, Football, etc). The IBS Tennis Academy offers intensive coaching in small groups.
International Bilingual School of Provence (IBS of Provence) is an international bilingual school in Aix-en-Provence, France, serving ages 2 to 18. The school offers a bilingual French–English program and two progression paths. The IBS Section follows the French National Education curriculum with a strong English component, while the International Section prepares students for Cambridge IGCSEs in Grades 9–10 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma in Grades 11–12, taught largely in English. In the French Bac pathway, about one‑third of classes are taught in English and two‑thirds in French, with a year‑long program supporting foreign students to improve their French. The IB Diploma Programme is delivered in English and includes six subject groups, a 4,000‑word extended essay, Theory of Knowledge, and Creativity, Activity and Service. Domaine des Pins houses a library, amphitheatre, and art and dance spaces. IBS West Campus opened in 2025 for primary classes, with 75+ nationalities and six sites.
