Per-term and per-month presentation
- The school publishes annual tuition figures as above. Where monthly figures are published they are shown on a 12‑month basis; where the school references term structure (Airbus employees), the academic year is divided into three terms. For a simple per‑term reference, divide the annual tuition by three to obtain a per‑term amount; for a 12‑month monthly equivalent, divide the annual tuition by 12. (Annual figures are the contractual tuition amounts listed above.)

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Independent Family payers: tuition for 2025–2026 is invoiced on 1 August 2025. Payment options are 100% on invoicing or two instalments (60% on 1 August 2025 or on entry, and 40% on 1 January 2026). Independent payers may also use direct debit over ten months (September–May) if they have a French bank account. Late payments (30 days after invoice) incur monthly interest at 1.5%; the school may demand payment of total annual fees in advance in cases of non‑payment.
- Airbus Employee payers: tuition is invoiced 100% on 1 August 2025; Airbus employees may pay in full in August or in two instalments (60% on 1 August 2025 or on entry, and 40% on 1 January 2026). The school year is described as divided into three terms for administrative purposes.
- Corporate invoicing: tuition for companies is invoiced 100% on 1 August 2025 and should be paid in full on receipt. The school enforces the same late‑payment interest conditions and reserves rights described above.

Deposit refund and return conditions
- The €1,000 deposit is refunded on departure to the payer (parents or company) provided the laptop and books are returned in good order and there are no outstanding charges. If the deposit is not claimed within two years of the departure date, the school reserves the right to retain the amount.

Refunds and withdrawal notice
- Notification of withdrawal must be given in writing by the legal guardian at least one TERM in advance and addressed to the principal. No fee allowance is made for absence (medical or otherwise). A percentage of tuition is refundable upon early departure according to the following schedule (month of departure applies to the academic year):
- September: 70% refundable
- October: 60% refundable
- November: 50% refundable
- December: 40% refundable
- January: 30% refundable
- February and later months: 0% refundable
(Percentages refer to the portion of the annual tuition refundable at the point of departure.)
