Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Balanced scheduling supports social and emotional development alongside academics. The school creates a caring and inclusive environment that values kindness, respect, and empathy. English as an Additional Language (EAL)

International School Strasbourg is an IB World School in France that serves students from ages 3 to 18, delivering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The school teaches a bilingual program from Pre-K to High School, with Pre-K (ages 3–4) in a multilingual setting that introduces maths, literacy, and French. Primary School (K–5) offers daily math, physical education, and French in the morning, with a literacy- and inquiry-focused afternoon. Middle School (6–10) presents eight curriculum areas in English, plus multilingual literature supporting students' home languages; students may submit work and sit exams in French or English, with language support for other language speakers. High School (11–12) leads into the IB Diploma, offered in French or English, including a home language literature option.
