Application / Registration fees

- A one-time registration fee is charged at first enrolment: EUR 600 for the first child; EUR 350 for a second child at the same time. Re-registration (annual) is EUR 240 per year.

- Réduit: EUR 8,500 per year (EUR 708 per month if paid over 12 months).
- Standard: EUR 9,500 per year (EUR 792 per month if paid over 12 months).

- Élémentaire (primary):
- Boursier band: annual and monthly amounts shown in the school's tariff grid for eligible families (income-based).
- Solidaire: EUR 6,500 per year (EUR 542 per month if paid over 12 months).
- Réduit: EUR 9,000 per year (EUR 750 per month if paid over 12 months).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment method: tuition and most programme fees are collected by automatic direct debit (prélèvement automatique) only. For extra programmes there are some alternative payment methods (see details below).

- Timing and instalment options:
- At initial registration you are billed for the registration fee plus the first monthly instalment (these are non-refundable in case of withdrawal) and a caution (security deposit) equal to one month's tuition. The caution is refunded at final departure from the school.
- From September you may choose either monthly billing spread over 12 months (a debit at the start of each month) or quarterly billing (three instalments due in September, December and March).
- Re-enrolment: in February the school collects the re-registration fee and the first month of the next academic year (these amounts are non-refundable in case of withdrawal).
- A one-month notice is required for departure during the school year; monthly debits continue as scheduled through early July if you do not re-enrol.

Boarding (internat)

- Boarding is not provided; the school operates as a day school with usual school hours and day services (canteen, after-school care, study) rather than an internat.

Other costs and optional services

- School meals (cantine): EUR 9.15 per day; a monthly meal package (for 4 days/week) is EUR 126.30 on a 10-month basis. Vegetarian option is available at no surcharge.

- Class trips and textbooks: expect occasional additional costs – a biennial “classe verte” (4–5 days) is charged at cost (estimate EUR 400–500); outings budget ≈ EUR 25 per year; CP–collège swimming cycle ≈ EUR 35 per year; some class books (GS and up) are charged at cost.

- After-school care, study and clubs (examples and typical charges):
- Daily after-school study/garderie (to 17:30): hourly ad hoc rate EUR 13 per hour.
- Monthly after-school study/garderie packages (on a 10-month basis): 1 day/week EUR 35; 2 days/week EUR 67; 3 days/week EUR 94; 4 days/week EUR 133.
- Wednesday Club (bilingual) — monthly (10 months): morning half‑day EUR 115; afternoon EUR 110; morning + lunch EUR 125 + meal; full day EUR 195 + meal.

- A 10% discount applies for a second child on after-school activities.

- Uniforms and regular school clothing: no school uniform or uniform-fee is listed in the published fee schedules; daily snacks for maternelle and for the garderie/study are to be supplied by parents.

Refunds and deposits

- Deposit (caution): one month's tuition is collected at registration as a refundable deposit; it is refunded when the pupil leaves the school.

- Non-refundable items: the registration fee and the first month's tuition collected at registration are non-refundable in case of withdrawal. The re-registration payment collected in February (re-registration fee plus first month of the coming year) is also non-refundable if you withdraw.

Accepted payment methods and transactional details

- Standard tuition and most recurring programme payments are collected by automatic direct debit (prélèvement automatique) only. For holiday club bookings the school accepts bank transfer (virement), cheque or direct debit. Credit card payment is not listed as a standard payment method in the published schedules.

Discounts and financial assistance

- Sibling discount: EUR 1,000 reduction for the second enrolled child.
- Bourses: the school reserves some bourses (partial or full) and operates an income-based tariff grid; families with low income may qualify for reduced or boursier rates under the school's criteria.
