Lunch is provided by API Restauration. Lunch includes four to five components: a salad starter, a main course, side dishes, a dairy product (yogurt or cheese), and a dessert or fruit, with water and bread. API Restauration operates a central kitchen in Saint Jean and provides a monthly balanced menu using fresh, seasonal, local, and organic produce. Two kinds of daily snacks are offered (dairy product, fruit, or cereal) depending on the day's dessert.
The school is an independent establishment run by a non-profit association (Loi 1901) and is accredited by French Éducation Nationale.
Mon École My School is a private bilingual school located near the centre of Toulouse, offering a French national curriculum taught with Cambridge Primary in the early years. Ages 2 to 11 learn in a bilingual French–English environment at all times, with native speakers contributing. Preschool features an English-speaking teacher and English activities through games, songs and outdoor learning; Kindergarten uses the Oxford Mouse and Me program, while CP and CE1 receive Cambridge Reading Tree materials and English lessons aligned to the CEFR. In upper primary, Cambridge English methods support learning as an Additional Language, with end-of-year Cambridge exams to track progress. The school is accredited by the French Éducation Nationale and operates as a non-profit association (Loi 1901) with a small ratio of 10–18. Extra programs include After-School Care, Wednesday Club, Holiday Club, and My School of English, plus art activities and opportunities to explore British and American cultures.
