NDIHS offers project-driven clubs that require student participation in extracurriculars during the academic year. Model UN engages students in international conferences such as ILYMUN in Lyon and INDMUN in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, with about 20 students taking part. Past and current clubs include drama and performance art, Keyclub, Interconnections, table tennis, tailoring, publishing, photography, student council, fashion, safe space, and chess, with offerings revised annually. Students are invited to be leaders and propose new clubs.
NDIHS provides on-campus arts activities such as Arts du cirque and Danse/Step. Other arts-oriented clubs include Atelier BD-MANGA-ILLUSTRATION, Club journalisme, Rallye Lecture, Club Lecture, and ECO CLUB Potager. Past offerings include drama and performance art, a photography club, a publishing club, and a fashion club, with club offerings updated each year.
NDIHS fosters intercultural understanding and collaboration among students. International and French students share a study building and participate in social activities to practice French and engage with each other. The school offers French language courses to non-native speakers and teaches in English as part of the US High School Diploma program. Model UN exposes students to diverse cultures and languages through international conferences.

The club offerings include student leadership roles and various community-oriented activities.

On-campus activities include circus arts, dance, table tennis, multisports, volleyball, and Crossfit. The year theme is E3D (Development Durable), focusing on sustainable development and well-being. During holidays, students may take French classes in France, ski camps, sports camps with French teenagers, and English language courses in London or the UK, among other options.
Notre Dame International High School is a day and boarding private program in the Paris region that delivers a United States high school diploma through an American curriculum taught in English. The school welcomes students aged 15 to 18 and offers bilingual English–French faculty, with English-language courses across Science, Mathematics, Language Arts, Social Science and Foreign Language. All other courses are taught in English by the American program, while French language courses for non-native speakers are run by Notre-Dame Les Oiseaux in French, alongside additional French, Art and Physical Education taught in French. Daily French language study helps international students integrate. The campus on the Notre-Dame Les Oiseaux site covers 14 hectares shared with French peers and features modern libraries, science and computer labs, and a dormitory wing. On the grounds are sports facilities, clubs and activities, including Model UN, ECO CLUB Potager and programs, all encouraging leadership and intercultural collaboration.
