- School insurance (required each school year; not required until the first day the child begins): approximately EUR 30 (price varies by provider).
- FLE programme (required for non‑native French speakers in Grades 2–5): EUR 1,600.
- Afterschool Club (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 16:00–18:30; Wednesdays for Wednesday Club registrants): EUR 2,850 (programme fee); individual evening voucher: EUR 23 per evening. Wednesday Club options available (full day / half day / single activity).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Late or non‑payment: if school fees are not paid by the stated due dates, the student's place may be released to another family.

Refunds and cancellations
- Application, interview and entrance fees are non‑refundable.
- No portion of tuition fees is refunded if a student leaves before the end of the school year.
