Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard payment schedule for supervision fees and school tuition: three instalments by direct debit—one third by 1 August, one third by 1 December, and one third by 1 April. Enrollment during the school year follows invoice-specific payment dates. A 2% discount applies if the tuition is paid in full; this 2% discount does not apply to reduced income/asset-based fees.
Security fee / deposit
- A security fee is required in the form of an interest-free deposit (Sicherungsgebühr). The security fee amounts are shown above per year group. The deposit is credited against prior stage deposits where applicable and is not payable from the third child onwards.
Boarding fees
- The published fee schedules and school material detail day programmes, class hours and tuition; the school does not publish any boarding fees. No boarding fee line items appear in the school's published tuition schedules.
Other costs and recurring extras
- Catering (hot lunches): annual fee ranges from EUR 714 to EUR 1,643 depending on the child's age. This is charged in addition to tuition.
- School uniform: approximate annual cost EUR 200 (worn from Primary Class onwards).
- Teaching and learning materials, textbooks, IB exam fees, project fees, excursions and class trips are not included in the tuition and are billed separately where applicable. For Grade 11–12 the purchase of a school-specified laptop is included in the cost estimate noted above.
- After-school activity and selected programme fees (examples such as music or clubs) are charged separately and are shown in the school's activity/shop pages.
Discounts and reduced tuition options
- Sibling discount: where two children from one family are enrolled in Elementary or Secondary, a sibling discount of 5% is applied to tuition; for more than two children the discount increases by 5 percentage points per additional child. The admission fee per family has a maximum cap.
- Income- and asset-based tuition: families may apply for tuition calculated on income and assets. The published staggered reductions are:
- Family income up to EUR 60,000: 50% reduction of tuition.
- Family income up to EUR 80,000: 35% reduction of tuition.
- Family income up to EUR 100,000: 15% reduction of tuition.
Refund information
- The fee schedules describe the security fee as an interest-free deposit (Sicherungsgebühr) and show how deposits are credited between school stages and across siblings. The published fee documents do not contain an explicit, detailed refund policy for tuition or the security deposit (for example, precise conditions and timing for return of the deposit or refund examples for mid-year withdrawals are not stated in the published fee schedules).
Fee payment options
- The school requires tuition and supervision fees to be paid by direct debit (Einzugsermächtigung) according to the stated instalment dates. Additional charges (IB exam fees, excursions, materials) are invoiced separately and are payable when invoiced. Specific alternative payment methods (credit card, standalone bank transfer details) are not specified in the published tuition schedules; the school's shop/payment pages show transactional options for activities.
Brief note on missing details found while checking the published fee material
- The published fee documents provide the fee amounts, instalment dates, deposit amounts and the items explicitly excluded from tuition. The documents do not publish a formal, item-by-item refund procedure (timing and method for returning the security deposit on leaving, examples of pro‑rata refunds for mid-year withdrawals, or a comprehensive list of accepted payment methods beyond the direct-debit requirement). Where a precise refund clause or a full list of accepted alternative payment channels is required, that information is not present in the publicly posted fee schedules.
