Application / admission fees
- International School (non-boarding): one-time admission fee of EUR 3,500.
- Gymnasium (international-entry rate shown separately): one-time admission fee of EUR 543 (equivalent to one month's fee for that category). For German-resident Gymnasium admissions, the admission fee is set at one month's school fee (amount depends on the income-based band).
Tuition fees by programme / year group (billing unit and annual totals)
- International School (English-language Cambridge / IB stream): billed monthly at EUR 985 per month; annual total EUR 11,820 (12 months). A school lunch charge of EUR 75 per month applies in addition. An annual stationery charge of EUR 200 also applies. Payments are collected monthly in advance.
- Gymnasium (German Abitur stream): two published approaches are used depending on residency/arrangement:
- For students with German residency the Gymnasium tuition is income-dependent and published as a monthly range from EUR 215.25 to EUR 570.15 per month (annual amount depends on the exact band chosen). The admission fee in this case is equal to one month's school fee. Annual stationery charge applies.
- For international-entry Gymnasium fee example: EUR 6,516 per year (equivalent to EUR 543 per month) and a one-off admission fee of EUR 543.
- Boarding house (residential students aged 14+): boarding contribution is EUR 36,750 per year, shown also as EUR 3,062.50 per month. Administrative/boarding-related charges are listed separately. Holiday childcare during the Christmas and summer breaks is charged at EUR 550 per week (other school breaks are included).
Other mandatory or regularly charged costs

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and recurring charges are billed monthly in advance. The school year is accounted as a 12-month period (1 August to 31 July). All amounts are payable in advance and are collected by direct debit; payments must be credited to the school account by the fifth day of each month. Parents are required to pay monthly school fees for the entire year.
Sibling discount
- Families with more than one child attending the school receive a 15% reduction on the school fees for each additional child (a reduced amount is indicated for additional children).
Refund information
- The refundable security deposit/guarantee for boarding is returned after a student leaves and moves out if the deposit has not been used to cover charges.
