- Annual tuition (12 months): EUR 11,700 per year (EUR 975 × 12).

- IB Primary Years Programme (PYP, grades 1–4):

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing: an invoice for the school year is issued at the start of each school year; if a student starts during the year a pro‑rata invoice from the commencement date until the end of the school year will be issued. Payments collected by SEPA direct debit are due on the first of each month.
- Accepted billing frequencies: school fees can be paid annually, half‑yearly (per semester) or quarterly; monthly payment is permitted only in exceptional situations and, according to the school T&C, only for parents holding a German bank account using SEPA direct debit (monthly SEPA payments are collected on the 1st of each month). OpenApply notes that on request payments can also be arranged monthly, per semester, per quarter or annually; the formal terms in the school T&C set the invoicing and SEPA details.
- Deadlines and conditional acceptance:
- For MYP: the fees for an academic year must be completely covered by June 30; if unpaid by that date a student will not be accepted for the next academic year.
- For DP (final year DP2): the complete course fees must be covered by April 15 in DP2; if total fees are not covered by that date the student will not be accepted to the final IB exams. If DP2 fees and any outstanding invoices are not credited by April 15 in the final year, the student will be de-registered from the final exam and no reimbursement will be made.
- Late payment consequences: reminder fee EUR 10 per reminder and statutory default interest (specified as 5 percentage points above the applicable German base rate) may be charged for late or returned payments.

Boarding fees (where applicable)
- Boarding is available under a separate boarding agreement for students who require a visa and a boarding contract. At the point of issuing the provisional school and boarding agreements, the school issues an initial invoice for at least three months of school fees and at least three months of boarding fees; that combined amount must be paid in full within 14 days of invoicing as part of the visa/boarding process. The T&C require full payment of the initial invoiced months but do not publish a public per‑month boarding fee amount in the boarding terms available in the admissions materials.

Other costs and typical additional fees
- Textbooks and learning materials (paper and digital), scientific calculator and laptop/tablet are additional costs to be covered by families.
- Field trips: one mandatory field trip per academic year for MYP0–DP1 is listed at approximately EUR 300; additional smaller trips (museums, exchanges, etc.) are extra. Optional participation in activities such as Model United Nations may incur separate costs.
- IB examination fees (charged in addition to tuition and invoiced by the school on behalf of the IBO):
- Subject fee (per DP subject): EUR 110.00. Total for all 6 DP subjects: EUR 660.00. Core component fees where applicable: Extended Essay EUR 75.00, CAS EUR 10.00, Theory of Knowledge EUR 40.00. Late‑registration and other exam‑related administrative fees apply as stated in the school exam fee table. Course‑student and retake fees also apply (course student fee: EUR 250 per subject per month; retake organization fee: EUR 650 for students from the school, EUR 1,200 for students from other schools). The school publishes an IB exam fee schedule that is updated annually.
- Miscellaneous administration: the school may charge for optional online university service registrations, special event fees, replacement diplomas/legalization, and other by‑request services (examples and amounts are listed in the exam‑fee schedule and T&C).

Refunds, cancellation and termination
- Termination by parents: the School Agreement can be terminated in writing by parents with three months' written notice before the end of the respective half‑year (i.e. by 30 May or 30 October). If notice deadlines are not met, termination becomes valid at the end of the next half‑year and payment obligations remain until that date. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination until settled.
- Refunds and exam registration consequences: in the final year (DP2) all school fees and any other outstanding invoices (including boarding-related invoices) must be credited by April 15; failure to do so leads to de‑registration from the final exam and the school states explicitly that no reimbursement of any kind will be made in that situation. The T&C do not set out a general automatic refund policy for other circumstances in the publicly available terms; payment obligations and the effects of cancellation are governed by the termination and invoicing clauses in the school T&C.

Fee payment options and practical payment mechanics
- Admission fee: required to be transferred to the school's bank account and a copy of the transfer must be uploaded as part of the enrolment process.
- Regular tuition payments: invoiced at the start of the school year with options to pay annually, half‑yearly or quarterly; monthly payment is available under SEPA direct‑debit for parents with a German bank account (SEPA direct debit collections are due on the 1st of each month). Families should expect bank transfers or SEPA debit as standard settlement methods; the school's enrolment steps require proof of bank payment for the admission fee. Reminder fees and returned‑payment charges apply as set out in the T&C.

Summary of items not published in the admissions material
- No single public line‑item amount for PYP (primary) tuition for the international PYP stream was found in the international admissions materials; the primary‑school fee listing for HPC bilingual primary provision appears separately in the broader HPC primary pages. No explicit per‑month or per‑term boarding fee amount is published in the boarding terms available in the admissions documents; the boarding T&C state the initial requirement to pre‑pay at least three months' boarding and school fees but do not publish the boarding monthly rate in the publicly available boarding/AGB documents. For IB exam fees and detailed exam charges per service, see the school's IB exam fee schedule.
