Application and registration fees
- One-time registration (admission) fee: EUR 750 (payable once when first applying and upon admission).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing: an invoice for the school year is issued at the start of each school year; if a student starts during the year a pro‑rata invoice from the commencement date until the end of the school year will be issued. Payments collected by SEPA direct debit are due on the first of each month.

If DP2 fees and any outstanding invoices are not credited by April 15 in the final year, the student will be de-registered from the final exam and no reimbursement will be made.
- Late payment consequences: reminder fee EUR 10 per reminder and statutory default interest (specified as 5 percentage points above the applicable German base rate) may be charged for late or returned payments.

Boarding fees (where applicable)
- Boarding is available under a separate boarding agreement for students who require a visa and a boarding contract. At the point of issuing the provisional school and boarding agreements, the school issues an initial invoice for at least three months of school fees and at least three months of boarding fees; that combined amount must be paid in full within 14 days of invoicing as part of the visa/boarding process. The T&C require full payment of the initial invoiced months but do not publish a public per‑month boarding fee amount in the boarding terms available in the admissions materials.

Other costs and typical additional fees
- Textbooks and learning materials (paper and digital), scientific calculator and laptop/tablet are additional costs to be covered by families.

Refunds, cancellation and termination
- Termination by parents: the School Agreement can be terminated in writing by parents with three months' written notice before the end of the respective half‑year (i.e. by 30 May or 30 October). If notice deadlines are not met, termination becomes valid at the end of the next half‑year and payment obligations remain until that date. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination until settled.
- Refunds and exam registration consequences: in the final year (DP2) all school fees and any other outstanding invoices (including boarding-related invoices) must be credited by April 15; failure to do so leads to de‑registration from the final exam and the school states explicitly that no reimbursement of any kind will be made in that situation. The T&C do not set out a general automatic refund policy for other circumstances in the publicly available terms; payment obligations and the effects of cancellation are governed by the termination and invoicing clauses in the school T&C.
