The school offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma, internationally recognized. Most subjects are taught in English; German is the first language and Spanish the second, with other languages available on request. A full-day schedule includes a wide range of activities and small class sizes ensure individual support.
Clubs include Photography, Ballet, Cooking Class, Reading Club, and Science Lab. Other offerings include Tennis, Model Building, Dungeons & Dragons, Playground Fun. Clubs are led by teachers and rotate every six months to encourage new interests.

International School Mainfranken (ISM) is a private IB World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). The PYP serves ages 6–12 with inquiry-based, cross-disciplinary learning across six transdisciplinary themes. The MYP covers core subjects—English, German, mathematics, social studies, sciences, physical education and health, design, arts, and music—and prepares students for the DP. The DP includes subjects from six IB groups and the core components: Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, and Creativity, Activity and Service.
