Fees
Application / First-registration fees (non‑refundable)
- 1st child: EUR 600.
- 2nd child: EUR 575.
- 3rd child: EUR 550.
- 4th child: EUR 525.
- 5th child: EUR 500.
(These first‑registration fees are explicitly stated as non‑remboursable.)

Annual tuition by school level (academic year 2025–2026)
- Maternelle (Vorschule): EUR 4,380 per year.
- Élémentaire (Grundschule): EUR 4,510 per year.
- Collège (Sekundarstufe I): EUR 5,490 per year.
- Lycée (Sekundarstufe II): EUR 5,690 per year.
(Annual tuition covers classroom teaching, pedagogical follow‑up, certain manuals and equipment up to 3e, certifications DSD/DELF when organised by the school, and exam administration costs where specified; catering, optional after‑school activities and some language certification registrations are not included in tuition.)

Per‑term / invoice breakdown (how the school issues invoices and how annual tuition maps to each invoice period)
- The school issues three school‑year invoices for tuition: 1) first invoice covering September–December (4 months), 2) second invoice covering January–March (3 months), and 3) third invoice covering April–June (3 months).
- The school's published annual tuition is thus effectively apportioned over a 10‑month academic period (September–June). The table below gives the annual fee and the corresponding invoice amounts computed from the school's defined invoice periods (first invoice = 4/10 of the annual fee; second = 3/10; third = 3/10). These per‑invoice figures are calculated from the published annual tariffs and are presented as the invoice‑period amounts parents will be billed under the school's stated billing schedule.

- Maternelle (EUR 4,380/year):
• First invoice (Sept–Dec, 4 months): EUR 1,752.
• Second invoice (Jan–Mar, 3 months): EUR 1,314.
• Third invoice (Apr–Jun, 3 months): EUR 1,314.

- Élémentaire (EUR 4,510/year):
• First invoice (Sept–Dec): EUR 1,804.
• Second invoice (Jan–Mar): EUR 1,353.
• Third invoice (Apr–Jun): EUR 1,353.

- Collège (EUR 5,490/year):
• First invoice (Sept–Dec): EUR 2,196.
• Second invoice (Jan–Mar): EUR 1,647.
• Third invoice (Apr–Jun): EUR 1,647.

- Lycée (EUR 5,690/year):
• First invoice (Sept–Dec): EUR 2,276.
• Second invoice (Jan–Mar): EUR 1,707.
• Third invoice (Apr–Jun): EUR 1,707.

(Notes on these invoice amounts: they are the straightforward allocation of the published annual tuition across the invoice periods defined by the school; the school issues the invoices for the periods above. Parents choosing the monthly direct‑debit option will have monthly instalments scheduled according to the school's SEPA schedule.)

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Quarterly / invoice payments by bank transfer or online payment: invoices are issued for Sept–Dec (first invoice), Jan–Mar (second), and Apr–Jun (third); payment is due on receipt of each invoice.
- Monthly automatic SEPA direct debit option: monthly debits are taken on the 15th of each month from October through June (nine direct debits); families must complete the school SEPA mandate to enrol in this option. If a SEPA debit is returned, the school may cancel the direct‑debit mandate and restrict the family to quarterly bank transfer or online payment. The SEPA mandate confirms the right to request a bank reimbursement within eight weeks of a debit where applicable under the banking rules.
- The school's stated rule is that any month started is due in full ("Tout mois commencé est dû intégralement"). Annual fees are fixed for the school year.

Boarding / internat
- Boarding is not listed among the school's charged services in the published tariff schedule for the 2025–2026 tuition year; no boarding fees are published for this campus. Therefore no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and regular additional fees
- School lunch / Lunchbox service: annual flat fee EUR 180 (service enrollment; non‑proratisable). The school's cafeteria service is operated by an external provider and catering costs are not included in the published tuition.
- Exam fees (charged in addition to tuition where applicable):
• Diplôme national du brevet (3e candidates registered at the school): EUR 36 (school candidate).
• Épreuves anticipées du baccalauréat (1re candidates): EUR 130 (school candidate).
• Baccalauréat (terminale candidates): EUR 259 (school candidate).
(Exam fees for external candidates or candidates from other AEFE‑network schools are higher as indicated on the tariff sheet.)
- Sibling discount: a fixed annual reduction is applied for the 3rd child and subsequent children of the same family in the 2025–2026 schedule:
• 3rd child: EUR 180 reduction.
• 4th child: EUR 360 reduction.
• 5th child: EUR 540 reduction.
- School supplies, some textbooks and equipment: certain manuals and equipment are included (manuals up to 3e and selected digital resources), but parents are responsible for other supplies and for participation costs for trips, optional after‑school activities, private language certification registrations (Cambridge, HSK, etc.) and association/club fees where applicable. The school's tariff schedule specifies which services are not included in tuition and will be invoiced separately.
- Uniform / sportswear: a school teamshop is available with branded sportswear and accessories; example item prices from the official team shop include polo shirts from about EUR 28–32, T‑shirts from about EUR 21–26, sweatshirts from about EUR 38–50 and jackets in the EUR 44–60 range (prices vary by model and size). These shop purchases are paid separately by families.

Refund and cancellation notes (financial rules relevant to refunds)
- First‑registration fees are explicitly non‑refundable. Any month begun is due in full under the school's tariff rules. The school sets tuition amounts for the school year and invoices according to the published billing periods; the SEPA mandate describes the banking right to request a reimbursement from the bank within the standard eight‑week window for authorised direct debits.

Payment methods accepted
- SEPA direct debit (automatic monthly collection; families complete the school SEPA mandate).
- Bank transfer (virement) — the invoice provides the bank account details and parents must indicate the invoice number when transferring.
- Online card payment via the school's Payline payment option ("payer via Payline" on the parent portal).
(The school's invoicing and payment tutorial explains how to access invoices on the parent portal and select the payment method.)

LFVH is a direct-managed French international school in Frankfurt am Main, part of the AEFE network, serving age 3 through 18. It teaches the French national curriculum from early years to Terminale, with two middle-school pathways: a Dual-Language Program offering German and English as second languages, and an International Program based on the Hessen curriculum with German as the first language. In collège, students complete about 29 to 30 hours of compulsory lessons per week, with the Diplôme National du Brevet awarded on completion; the school welcomes students with special educational needs. In lycée, three Baccalauréat tracks emphasize languages, with counseling for courses and careers, and the ADN-AEFE Study Abroad Program enabling international exchanges; Abibac is available. Examinations for the Baccalauréat and Abibac take place on site. LFVH has modern facilities, including a renewing computer and media center and two information centers, a gym, outdoor field, canteen, and infirmary. The school hosts arts initiatives, author visits, and cross-border exchanges, including a Web Radio produced by students.
