The campus opened at Hartsprung in 2020, with a planned Altona campus near the Elbe in late 2025. Facilities include a central CDI library, a cafeteria, lockers, and new sports halls; media projects such as radio, cinema, and DFG TV are part of the curriculum. Billing schedule and payment terms (paid services and extras)

- Lockers (optional): Rental is charged at EUR 2.60 per month; payment is collected in advance as an annual flat fee. Insurance for the locker is EUR 12 per year (insurance covers locker, locking system and contents up to EUR 3,000). Account credit may be topped up by bank transfer and automatic direct debit (SEPA) is available once an initial transfer has been made; ordering, cancellation deadlines and management are handled through the caterer's portal. Billing for meals is on the basis of the portal's credit balance and individual meal orders. (State assistance for free lunch is possible where a BuT entitlement is in place.)

Afternoon care from 13:15 to 16:00 is provided free of charge; the morning reception (7:00–8:00) and the late‑care slot (16:00–18:00) are chargeable. Payment arrangements and rates for morning/late care are managed by the GBS operator.
