- Annual tuition equals the monthly figure multiplied by 12 (the tuition quoted is an annual amount split into 12 monthly instalments). The first monthly payment is due on 1 August.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is invoiced as an annual amount divided into twelve monthly instalments; the first instalment falls due on 1 August each year. Monthly instalments continue through the following July. Late-payment consequences and exact invoicing details are governed by the school contract and the general terms and conditions.

Day care (All‑day care / Hort) and catering fees

- All primary-school children are entitled to a free lunch for which parents register directly with the catering provider; the catering company invoices the cost to the Berlin Senate. Phorms charges an additional contribution for supplementary food of €33 per month. For children with primary residence in Brandenburg the supplementary meal contribution is also €33.

- Parents also pay the parental contribution set by the local Day Care Voucher (Hortbescheid) for all‑day care; that parental contribution is additional to Phorms tuition and is calculated by the responsible district office according to statutory rules. As an example range, where applicable that parental contribution can vary between approximately €16 and €194 per month depending on income and care hours.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not offered at this campus; there are no boarding fees applicable. The campus offers day and all‑day care services only.

Other costs or fees

- Additional costs charged separately include: school supplies and teaching materials; any mandatory school uniform or school clothing; excursions and class trips; any voluntary fee-based after‑school clubs or paid extracurricular activities; and specific costs for school events or exhibitions. These items are invoiced in addition to the stated tuition.

- A scholarship programme is available for eligible students already enrolled for at least one year; scholarships can provide up to €150 per month (award validity and eligibility are determined by the school).

Discounts and loyalty

- Sibling discount: the oldest child pays full tuition; the second-oldest receives a 25% reduction; the third-oldest 50% reduction; the fourth and subsequent children 75% reduction on tuition.

- Loyalty bonus: a 10% loyalty discount on tuition is applied after five years of enrolment (effective from year six) and increases to 20% after ten years. For students joining secondary school in grade 7 the loyalty bonus timetable may be adjusted as set out in the school regulations.

Refunds and contract termination

- Refunds, cancellations and any fee adjustments on withdrawal or termination of the contract are governed by the school contract and the Phorms Berlin general terms and conditions that form part of the school contract; those contractual terms set out notice periods, obligations and any entitlement (or lack of entitlement) to refund.

Fee payment options (typical practice)

- Tuition is normally collected in monthly instalments. SEPA direct debit / bank transfer arrangements are commonly used across Phorms campuses for collecting monthly fees and for after‑school club fees; direct‑debit arrangements are used for regular monthly collections in other Phorms campus documentation and club programmes. Credit‑card use is typically limited to one‑off payments for certain activities in Phorms practice elsewhere. Specific permitted payment methods and any associated charges are defined in the school contract and billing communications.

Notes on documentation and proof

- Tuition levels are determined by gross annual family income (the combined positive income of both legal guardians) from the second‑last calendar year before the start of the school year and, except for the highest income band, supporting income documentation must be provided. Families with incomes up to €130,000 are generally required to provide proof; families paying at the highest income band are not required to submit proof.
