Preschool (Kindergarten) fees and options (School Year 2026/27)

Optional extras for primary and secondary students
- Hot lunch (optional): Primary (Grades 1–4) EUR 103 per month; Secondary (Grades 5–12) EUR 114 per month.
- After School Care (optional; monthly fee based on one weekday): 16:00–17:00 EUR 32 per month; 16:00–18:00 EUR 51 per month (fees quoted are per weekday booked; specific booking rules apply).
- Textbooks: Included in the school fees.
- Costs not covered by tuition: class trips, excursions and assessment fees for the IB Diploma in Grade 13 are charged in addition.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The monthly figures are average rates calculated over 12 months per year; payments are due 12 months per year (including school holidays). Payment of tuition needs to be made one semester in advance.
- Monthly payment rates incur a surcharge of 3% on each payment. Parents who prepay the full school year in advance receive a 2% discount.
- SIS will ask parents for their preferred mode of payment; any subsequent change of payment mode or invoice line involves an administration fee of EUR 50.
- Families must submit an annual “Evaluation Form of Family Income” with supporting documents; failing to provide required documents by the due date can result in the maximum entrance fee and school fee being charged.
Sibling discount, subsidies and scholarships
- Sibling discount: 10% reduction on tuition fees for the second and third child enrolled; the discount does not apply to the one‑time entrance fee, hot lunch or other additional services.
- State subsidy: A state subsidy for secondary students is included in the displayed tuition calculations (currently EUR 77 per month for qualifying secondary school students).
- Scholarships: SIS offers scholarships; details are handled through the admissions process.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable at SIS Ingolstadt; the school operates as a day school.
Refund information and contract terms
- The one‑time entrance fee is due upon signing the contract and is non‑refundable.
- Fees are calculated and invoiced in accordance with the school contract; legally binding payment modalities and any specifics regarding refunds or reimbursement are set out in the contract and in any additional written agreements.
Other payment details
- Payment frequency options and the related surcharge/discount will be recorded at enrolment; any later changes trigger the administration fee noted above.
- For monthly payment arrangements a 3% surcharge applies; for full‑year prepayment a 2% discount applies.
- Parents are required to provide supporting income documentation in German or English; translation costs are to be covered by the family if applicable.
