Companies that cover fees may be billed annually; an annual payment option can be arranged through the Billing Officer. Monthly instalments (spread from May to April) can be arranged by contacting the Billing Officer.

- The school states that Bill 2 contains the Building Fund and Stability Fund and that Bill 1 will increase to EUR 3,000 from the 2026/2027 school year (with corresponding adjustments to later bills).

Withdrawal, notice and refunds

- Withdrawal notice: contractual notice requirements apply. In the absence of correct written notice, parents accept liability to pay one third of the applicable annual tuition fees in lieu of notice. The refundable deposit is issued as a deduction on the final Extras bill once all charges are settled and correct notice has been received.
- Extras (canteen, individual music lessons, after‑school activities, trips etc.) are billed separately (typically in November, March, May and July) and must be paid within 30 days; the refundable deposit is intended to cover possible Extras charges.

Boarding fees

Other costs and charges

- Uniforms are supplied through the schools official uniform supplier (online shop listed as Trutex). Uniform purchase cost is separate from tuition and extras.
- Examination fees, specific trips or specialist course fees (where applicable) and any additional individual support charges are billed separately when required. The fee schedule confirms that any student receiving additional support within school will be charged an additional fee which will be discussed with the parents.

Refunds and adjustments

- The refundable EUR 1,000 deposit is returned as a credit on the final Extras bill when the student leaves, provided all other fees and charges have been paid and correct notice has been submitted to the Head of Finance and Administration. Apart from that deposit mechanism and the pro‑rata / notice adjustments shown for joining/leaving during the year, the published fee schedule does not list other routine tuition refunds.

Fee payment options and contacts

- Invoices are issued to parents; parents may choose the standard four-instalment schedule, arrange one annual payment (companies can be billed annually) or request monthly instalments through the Billing Officer. Bank details are provided on invoices/parent billing documents; the school notes it is not planning to change bank details and invites parents to contact the Accounts/Billing Office for payment arrangements. The Billing Officer contact used in the published schedule is billing@st-georges.lu and the Head of Finance and Administration contact is financemanager@st-georges.lu.
