- Pre‑K4 / Kindergarten (ages 4–6): EUR 8,400 per year. Instalments under the standard schedule: 1st instalment (40%): EUR 3,360; 2nd instalment (30%): EUR 2,520; 3rd instalment (30%): EUR 2,520.

- Primary School (Grades 1–6): EUR 8,500 per year. Instalments: 1st (40%): EUR 3,400; 2nd (30%): EUR 2,550; 3rd (30%): EUR 2,550.

- Junior High / Middle School (Grades 7–9): EUR 8,980 per year. Instalments: 1st (40%): EUR 3,592; 2nd (30%): EUR 2,694; 3rd (30%): EUR 2,694.

How instalments and deposit are handled
- Standard instalment schedule: first payment 40% of the total, second payment 30%, third payment 30%.
- A registration deposit is required at enrolment and is deducted from the first instalment: EUR 1,600 per student for most year groups; EUR 2,000 per student for IB Diploma Programme entrants. The deposit is payable upon completion of registration.
- Families may choose to pay annually; a 3% discount applies for full annual prepayment when made by the stated prepayment date.

Billing schedule and payment terms (dates used for scheduling and invoicing)
- Invoicing periods and standard due dates: 1st instalment due mid‑September, 2nd instalment mid‑December, 3rd instalment mid‑March. Invoices are issued before the provision of the service and are produced up to the 10th working day of each month.
- Specific instalment dates used in the published schedule: 15 September (1st instalment, 40%), 15 December (2nd instalment, 30%), 15 March (3rd instalment, 30%). The deposit is credited against the first instalment.

Transport (school bus) fees
- Annual transport fees by zone (charged in September): Zone A EUR 1,400; Zone B EUR 1,600; Zone C EUR 1,800; Zone D EUR 1,900; Zone E EUR 2,100. A 50% discount is available for single‑direction use where space permits. Transport fees are billed annually.

Food service / catering fees
- Food service fees (annual): 1 day/week EUR 275; 2 days/week EUR 545; 3 days/week EUR 815; 4 days/week EUR 1,075; 5 days/week EUR 1,250. For younger grades where meals are included, this is reflected in the tuition. Food service cancellations require one month's notice.

Other compulsory or recurring charges
- Inspired Metaverse fee: EUR 50 annually (charged in October) for the listed grade groups.
- IB examination charge (applies to IB Diploma exam year): EUR 750 annually (charged in November) where applicable.
- Afternoon zone (SMART) activities, extracurricular activities, school trips, external events, academic contest fees, university‑application support and other optional services are charged separately when used; these are billed per period or per event as applicable.

Uniforms, books and materials
- School uniform and consumable educational materials are not included in the published tuition figures and are charged separately.

Sibling discounts and other discounts
- Sibling discounts (non‑combinable and applied to the younger child): second child receives 8% off tuition of the compulsory programme; third child receives 40% off tuition of the compulsory programme and 50% off transport; fourth child receives 100% (tuition and transport).
- The 3% prepayment discount for full annual payment is available when the full amount is settled by the stated prepayment deadline.

Refunds and cancellation terms
- Application fee and the one‑off new‑student registration fee are non‑refundable.
- Deposit refund on cancellation of registration before the start of the academic year: 100% refund if cancellation occurs by the specified early deadline; 50% refund if cancelled by the subsequent deadline; no refund of the deposit after the final deadline. Advance notice periods and exact calendar cutoff dates are used to determine eligibility for refund.
- For termination of schooling or termination of transport service during the year, one term's prior written notice is required. For termination of catering, one month's prior written notice is required. Refunds or credits are handled in line with billing and invoicing procedures.

Payment methods accepted
- Payments may be made by bank transfer or by debit/credit card. Invoices are issued prior to service provision and adjustments are made via credit notes where applicable.

Notes on additional charges and timing
- Certain optional programmes and activity fees are announced before the start of the school year and charged when the activity takes place; SMART (afternoon zone) enrolment is term‑based and requires commitment for the full term. Changes in SMART enrolment in the first term are generally permitted up to the specified change deadline without charge.

Costeas-Geitonas School (CGS) is a long-established private school in Greece educating students aged 3 to 18. It offers the International Baccalaureate across the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme, with Greek as the main language of instruction in the PYP and English as a secondary language. The 67,000 square metre campus features 103 classrooms, 3 science laboratories, 6 computer labs, and a Research & Media Library with over 25,000 holdings. Facilities include an Outdoor Amphitheatre, a Music Conservatory, a Dance Studio, a Visual Arts Studio and a Radio Station; two indoor heated pools, an outdoor stadium and track, four basketball courts, and a tennis and handball court. CGS runs the Elite Athlete Programme and partnerships with Juventus Academy Athens and the CGS Triathlon Club, together with the Duke of Edinburgh International Award. CGS Ellinikon was announced in 2022, with first students expected in 2026. The school hosts MUN conferences and a broad arts program.
