Billing schedule and payment terms
- The annual tuition is payable in two installments (Term I and Term II). Term I covers April–September and Term II covers October–March. Fees are due on 1 January (for Term I) and 1 July (for Term II). The last date for payment is 28 February for Term I and 31 August for Term II. Notice of withdrawal affecting fee liability must be intimated by 31 December to entitle non-payment for the ensuing term.
Refundable deposit
- Refundable Caution Deposit: INR 150,000 charged at the time of admission (this amount is refundable).
Boarding fees
- Boarding (routine expense) lump-sum charge: INR 60,000 per student per annum. This lump sum covers local conveyance for vacation drop/pickup and local excursions, in-house first-aid medical expenses, hair cuts, mending of footwear, laundry, photocopies, weekly tucks/refreshments during local outings, compulsory hobby-club costs, postage and stationery for compulsory letter-writing, one copy of the school calendar, student ID card (and first parent ID card), travel/accommodation/fees for inter-school competitions, and student mediclaim insurance premium.
Other costs and recurring charges
- Student's Personal Imprest Account: INR 25,000 per student per annum to be maintained for personal expenses. Items charged to this imprest account include uniform, textbooks, notebooks, stationery, education tours, adventure camps, personal requirements, catering to guests, telephone/fax, postage not covered by the lump-sum, and any other expenses not included in the lump-sum boarding charge.
- Additional actual charges: Dental check-ups and special coaching classes (SAT, CPT, JEE mains, foundation courses) are charged separately and will be intimated to the parent for recovery.
