Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Admissions are offered for CBSE from KG1 to 12, Cambridge Primary Programme (classes 1–5), Cambridge Lower Secondary (classes 6–8), IGCSE (class 9 for a two-year program), and IBDP (class 11 for a two-year program). Admissions are majorly at entry level (KG1 and Grade 1) with vacancies and transfer-based admission for other classes, following state and local norms. 2. Admission announcements are shared through circulars, posters, the school website, advertisements, and social media to inform stakeholders about the process and timelines. 3. Admission aspirants receive circulars and guidelines, which are accessible at the School Reception as well as through relevant school channels. 4. Open house counseling sessions are organized to give in-house interested students and parents an insight into the respective programs. 5. To begin the process, parents fill the admission enquiry form (Annexure III). 6. The process continues with 1:1 counseling sessions with the admission counseling team (either face-to-face or online, see Annexure V) followed by the Principal's interaction with the parent and student. 7. Upon approval for admission, admission forms are provided to the parents (Annexure VI). 8. Original documents must be produced at the time of admission for verification. 9. All application forms must be accompanied by documents: four passport-size photographs; attested birth certificate; health certificate from the family doctor; attested last class mark sheet; School Leaving Certificate; and Migration Certificate (for students from other boards). 10. The Admission Officer reviews and checks the admission form. 11. For eligible students, entrance tests may be conducted to assess proficiency in Math and English; language proficiency tests may be conducted to guide language options offered in IBDP and IGCSE. 12. Admission status is conveyed to the parent via a Congratulatory letter or email. 13. Submitting an Admission Form does not guarantee admission. 14. A student is admitted provisionally until all necessary documents are submitted. 15. Fees must be paid on or before the due date. 16. The fee structure is available on the school site and is subject to change at the discretion of the school management. 17. If any relevant information has been withheld deliberately, the school may review the admission of the student. 18. The decision of the school authorities regarding admission is final and binding. 19. Subject allotment in CBSE for grade 11 is determined with reference to the CBSE Scheme of Studies, the eligibility list for subject combinations, and the options requested by students. 20. In grades 6 and 9, the third language options and other language/subject allocations are guided by available subjects (Hindi/Sanskrit/French) and additional subjects (IT/Japanese/AI). 21. For IGCSE and IBDP admissions, an Orientation/Summer Programme is conducted; an interactive session with the University Counselor guides subject selection, with final approval from the University Counselor, Program Coordinators, and Principal; changes can be made until August/September of Year 1. 22. IBDP students are encouraged to pursue the full diploma and may be guided toward a bilingual diploma option.
