The school uniform is worn by all students from Nursery upwards and is organized into Regular Wear, Formal Wear, and House Sports Wear. Regular Wear is a blue T-shirt with a tan skirt or trousers, a belt, socks and black shoes; Primary students may wear shorts, while Middle and Senior students wear skirts or trousers. Winter includes a sweater or sweatshirt; Formal Wear features a blue shirt, and blazer with tie in winter; House Sports Wear consists of a House T-shirt and shorts/track pants in house colours with appropriate footwear.
Catering is provided by established caterers. The kitchens are well maintained and equipped to meet high-quality food standards; meals include lunch, morning snacks and afternoon tea. All meals are vegetarian with varied menus, meals are supervised, and students are required to be present for meals; for dietary needs, contact the Form Tutor.
The school is divided into four houses: Air, Water, Fire and Earth. Each house is led by a teacher coordinator, a house captain, and a vice-captain. The houses focus on educational activities outside the classroom and promote belonging across grades and healthy competition in sports and cultural activities.
The school is governed by a Board of Governors. The Chairman is Mr. Pramod K. Jain; board members include Mr. Dinesh Kothari, Mr. Kapil Dev, Mrs. Lata Vaidyanathan, Mrs. Shovana Narayan, and the four founders. Founders are Mr. Pramod K. Jain, Mr. Praveen Jain, Mr. Prabhat Jain, and Mr. Prashant Jain. It is part of the Pathways network with multiple campuses.
Pathways School Gurgaon is an IB Continuum day school on a 13-acre, LEED Platinum campus globally along the Faridabad–Gurgaon Road in Gurugram. It offers the full International Baccalaureate continuum: Primary Years Programme for Pre‑Nursery to Grade 5, Middle Years Programme for Grades 6 to 10, and either the Diploma Programme or Career-related Programme for Grades 11 and 12. It was the first IB Continuum School in India to offer all four programmes, supporting a consistent framework from early years through career pathways. The curriculum emphasizes international mindedness, the IB learner profile, and a broad, conceptual approach to learning. Languages include English and Hindi, with French and Spanish available at DP levels. Facilities include science laboratories, spaces for visual and performing arts, an Innovation hub, libraries, and dedicated sports complexes.
