Students participate in international events such as Model United Nations, Global Youth Leaders Conference, and Harvard Model Congress, and engage in inter-school exchanges. Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) is part of the Diploma Programme Core.
The Performing Arts department encompasses music, dance, and drama, offering students a rich journey in the expressive arts. Students explore classical and contemporary music, learn multiple dance styles, and collaborate in theatre and film studios. The department supports student participation in art exhibitions and school productions to showcase talent.

Annual Camps and the Summer Camp provide additional immersive experiences outside the classroom.
The Community Service Programme integrates service learning into the curriculum; primary students work on water conservation, hygiene, and the environment, while middle and secondary students assist with staff development, community schools, adult education, and Balwadis. Pathways has adopted seven village schools in nearby communities with funding for salaries, uniforms, books, meals, and infrastructure such as borewells and toilets. Regular student exchanges with village students are encouraged through sports and cultural programs. The Rotary Interact Club is part of Pathways' service initiatives.
The Student Council is a student-led body that engages students in learning about democracy and leadership. It provides a platform for students to share opinions, generate ideas on issues affecting learning, wellbeing, and welfare, and to act as a voice for their class. Members hold leadership roles and pledge to serve the school community with responsibility and integrity. The College Advisory program supports college exploration, application management, and guidance for admissions.

Pathways School Gurgaon is an IB Continuum day school on a 13-acre, LEED Platinum campus globally along the Faridabad–Gurgaon Road in Gurugram. It offers the full International Baccalaureate continuum: Primary Years Programme for Pre‑Nursery to Grade 5, Middle Years Programme for Grades 6 to 10, and either the Diploma Programme or Career-related Programme for Grades 11 and 12. It was the first IB Continuum School in India to offer all four programmes, supporting a consistent framework from early years through career pathways.
