Atriums in each academic building provide natural light and serve as social and knowledge spaces; the amphitheatre hosts major events, with a capacity of over 1,000.
Outdoor facilities include an Olympic-size soccer field, a cricket pitch with practice nets, synthetic tennis and basketball courts, an athletics track, and a horse riding arena. Indoor facilities include a half Olympic-size swimming pool, glass squash courts, badminton, table tennis, chess and carrom, a yoga space, and a multi-use gymnasium.
Classrooms have Interactive Whiteboards and Projection Screens, with ICT integrated into teaching. Science lessons and practical experiments take place in well-equipped laboratories with industry-standard equipment. Studios support Dance, Music, Theatre and Visual Arts for practice. The Design & Technology Workshop provides industry-standard machines for student projects. Atriums in each building provide social and learning spaces, and the Library & Media Centre houses books and provides online resources.
Annual Camps are mandatory and typically span 2-3 nights, blending adventure with personal growth and teamwork. Safety is prioritized with rigorous risk assessments and safety measures. Activities cater to diverse abilities and encourage personal development, teamwork, and social-emotional growth. In the past, students have visited destinations such as Rishikesh, Damdama Lake, Jim Corbett, and Nainital. Annual camps are transformative experiences beyond the classroom.
Pathways School Gurgaon is an IB Continuum day school on a 13-acre, LEED Platinum campus globally along the Faridabad–Gurgaon Road in Gurugram. It offers the full International Baccalaureate continuum: Primary Years Programme for Pre‑Nursery to Grade 5, Middle Years Programme for Grades 6 to 10, and either the Diploma Programme or Career-related Programme for Grades 11 and 12. It was the first IB Continuum School in India to offer all four programmes, supporting a consistent framework from early years through career pathways.
