Pathways School Gurgaon is part of Pathways, a group founded at the turn of the millennium by four men led by Mr. Pramod K Jain, with a vision to create a scalable, world-class K-12 school. The founders conducted two years of research and integrated Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences to shape a learning model focused on lifelong learning. Pathways began with one location in 2003 and has since expanded to five locations. It was the first IB Continuum School in India to offer all four IB programmes (PYP, MYP, DP, CP).
Pathways has an active school community with a rich Student Life program that includes Annual Camps, Service Learning, Student Council, Founder's Day, and International Expeditions. Pathways also fosters parent involvement through Pathways Parent Partnership (PPP), a formal structure that strengthens the partnership between parents and the school and promotes collaboration and shared purpose. The alumni network is active, with events and a Pathways Prodigies program to showcase student and alumni achievements.
Pathways has a parent partnership program named Pathways Parent Partnership (PPP) that stands as a vital pillar of the school community and strengthens dialogue between parents and the school. It promotes collaboration, trust and shared purpose and is led by a Head of School. The 2025–26 PPP roster includes Ms. Pinky Agarwal, Ms. Kanika Pabby, Ms. Sonal Awasthy Jain, Ms. Nishtha Arora, Ms. Durba Ray, Mr. Manish Sapra, Ms. Nidhee Pathak, Ms. Eeva Pachhapur and Ms. Ruchi Kumar Marwah, who serves as Chairperson (MYP4 and MYP5). The PPP is involved in advising and supporting school events and initiatives.
Pathways School Gurgaon is an IB Continuum day school on a 13-acre, LEED Platinum campus globally along the Faridabad–Gurgaon Road in Gurugram. It offers the full International Baccalaureate continuum: Primary Years Programme for Pre‑Nursery to Grade 5, Middle Years Programme for Grades 6 to 10, and either the Diploma Programme or Career-related Programme for Grades 11 and 12. It was the first IB Continuum School in India to offer all four programmes, supporting a consistent framework from early years through career pathways. The curriculum emphasizes international mindedness, the IB learner profile, and a broad, conceptual approach to learning. Languages include English and Hindi, with French and Spanish available at DP levels. Facilities include science laboratories, spaces for visual and performing arts, an Innovation hub, libraries, and dedicated sports complexes. The campus features natural-light atriums, an amphitheatre for gatherings, and is LEED Platinum certified. Boarding options are available for eligible students.
