IB Continuum Day School
The ALS (Additional Learning Support) Department provides an inclusive environment for learners with mild to moderate learning disabilities and for those needing social and behavioral support; in-class support, remedial instruction, and exam preparation assistance are available.
Transport is available with CCTV-monitored buses, real-time tracking via a mobile app, trained drivers and onboard staff, and first-aid facilities on board.
Application & one‑time joining fees
- Early Years (Infants, Toddlers, Nursery, Pre‑Nursery, Kindergarten): Application & Registration Fee: INR 20,000. Admission (one‑time) Fee: INR 65,000.
- Grades 1–12: Application & Registration Fee: INR 35,000. Admission (one‑time) Fee: INR 1,90,000.
Tuition — Composite School Fee (annual and per‑term by year group)
- Payment cadence: Composite School Fee is levied annually and payable in four instalments each year on 15 May, 15 August, 15 November and 15 February. The school also requires two instalments of the Composite School Fee at the time of admission (security deposit arrangement at admission).
- Early Years (all Early Years programmes): Composite School Fee (annual): INR 1,63,000. Per instalment (quarterly): INR 40,750.
- Grades 1–8: Composite School Fee (annual): INR 2,08,000. Per instalment (quarterly): INR 52,000.
- Grades 9–10: Composite School Fee (annual): INR 2,83,000. Per instalment (quarterly): INR 70,750.
- Grades 11–12 (IB Diploma / IBCP): Composite School Fee (annual): INR 3,47,000. Per instalment (quarterly): INR 86,750. Additional programme / external provider fees for the IB career‑related pathway (SCAD / SUMAS) are payable separately to the respective provider in foreign currency as specified by those providers.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Regular instalment due dates: 15 May, 15 August, 15 November, 15 February. Two instalments of the Composite School Fee are payable at the time of admission as the refundable security deposit (details specified on the invoice). Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month. Payments not received within 45 days of the pay‑by date may result in cancellation of admission. A notice‑period fee equal to two instalments of the Composite School Fee applicable to the semester will be charged for withdrawals without proper notice. Annual payment of all fee components by 15 May attracts a 5% rebate on the Composite School Fee. Sibling rebate of 10% applies to the younger sibling on Composite School Fee and Transport Fee; alumni children receive a 50% rebate on the one‑time Admission Fee.
Other costs and optional fees
- Transport (optional; distance‑banded, payable twice a year on 15 May and 15 November): Up to 10 km: INR 48,000; 10–20 km: INR 60,000; Above 20 km: INR 72,000. Distance is calculated per bus route.
- Learning Support (optional/additional): INR 1,65,000 (payable as per schedule shown on the fee invoice). English Support (optional): INR 1,35,000. These are listed as additional/optional fee items and are payable per the school's stated schedule.
- Early Years optional day‑care fees (examples): Afternoon Day Care (1:00 pm–6:00 pm): INR 50,000; Extended Optional Day Care (8:30 am–6:00 pm) and other age‑banded options are shown in the Early Years fee schedule (fees vary by age/programme). Contingency deposit and other incidental charges are also specified for Early Years.
- Composite School Fee excludes: uniforms, textbooks, annual camps, charges for external examinations, additional subject support or individual tuition, off‑campus sports/activities, college application fees, specialised projects, insurance and similar third‑party charges. Those costs are payable in addition to the Composite School Fee.
Security / contingency deposits and joiner requirements
- Security Deposit: two instalments of the Composite School Fee are payable at the time of admission (treated as the refundable Security Deposit as per invoice scheduling). New joiners are required to maintain a Contingency Deposit (example: Rs. 15,000 noted for Grades 1–12; an additional Rs. 10,000 is noted for new joiners to cover initial purchases/expenses). Specific deposit amounts and timing are shown on the admission invoice.
Refunds and non‑refundables
- Application & Registration Fee is non‑refundable. The IB career‑related study fees charged by partner providers are non‑refundable and non‑transferable as per the provider terms. The school's published policy notes that transaction fees charged by payment processors are not refundable and that, in general, certain fees once paid are non‑refundable; refundable deposits are returned subject to the school's settlement procedures and conditions on exit/clearance. Withdrawals and the notice‑period fee rules apply as stated above.
Boarding / residences
- Pathways School Noida is an international day school; boarding / residential accommodation is not provided at the Noida campus. (Residential provision is offered at other Pathways campuses; those are separate campuses and fee schedules.)
Fee payment options and practical payment instructions
- Domestic payments: Acceptable in Indian Rupees by cheque or demand draft payable at Delhi or Gurgaon; bank transfer to the school's Indian bank account (domestic account details are provided on the school's payment page).
- International payments: Wire transfers in foreign currency to the school's specified beneficiary bank and SWIFT details are accepted; the school provides intermediary and beneficiary bank details for overseas remittances. Parents residing outside India pay in equivalent foreign currency based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
- Online payments: The school operates an online fee payment portal; card payments/online transactions may carry transaction fees which are charged to the cardholder and are not refundable. Specific payment methods available through the portal are indicated on the school's payment page and fee invoices.
Key administrative notes (billing and entry timing)
- Students joining in April/May are required to pay a pre‑term fee in addition to the annual Composite School Fee as stated in the fee schedule. Parents should follow the invoice pay‑by dates; late payments and non‑payment consequences are specified in the school's fee notice provisions.

Pathways School Noida offers a full International Baccalaureate continuum within a day-school setting. The curriculum starts with Pathways Early Years Programme for Pre-Primary, followed by the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) for Nursery to Grade 5, the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6–10, and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) for Grades 11–12. The IB Career-related Programme (CP) is available for Grades 11–12. The school emphasises inquiry-based learning, personal development, cross-disciplinary connections and international-mindedness. It is recognised as the first IB Continuum School in North India. Facilities include ICT-enabled classrooms with Interactive Whiteboards, laboratories with modern equipment, studios for Dance, Music and Theatre, and a Design & Technology Workshop. A central amphitheatre hosts events, and the library system provides Primary and Senior/Middle libraries with online access. The campus also offers a spacious vegetarian-friendly cafeteria that seats up to 500 and extensive sports and arts facilities.
