Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Online Application: Parents fill out the online admission application form and provide frank information. Adverse scholastic or behavioural details should be shared, as such information will not be used to reject a candidate but will help create a supportive environment. 2. School Visit: A guided tour acquaints parents and students with the school's vision, the IB curriculum, and campus facilities; counsellors address questions about admissions, curriculum, or the school. 3. Registration: If you wish to proceed, pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee and submit the required documents. This enables scheduling an interaction with the Academic Leadership Team and a placement assessment for Grades 6–12. 4. Placement Assessment (Grades 6–12): Prospective students in Grades 6–8 participate in an interactive session and a written placement assessment; Grades 9–12 are additionally evaluated in Integrated Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). The assessments evaluate English and Mathematics proficiency and identify whether the student requires Additional Learning Support or English Support. 5. Interaction: The admissions team, school director, and school principal conduct the interaction; boarding applicants may also meet the Dean of Residences. The focus is on learning about the student's educational progress, language proficiency, social and emotional quotient, academic passions, and extracurricular interests. 6. Admission: Upon placement approval, a fee invoice is issued and must be paid within 3 days to secure a seat. After payment, families complete forms and declarations included with the admissions acceptance letter. 7. Pre-Term Program: A 6–8 week program designed to help students transferring from national curricula bridge academic and cultural gaps and facilitate a smooth transition into the IB curriculum; for boarding students, the program helps students bond with peers and settle in.
The Scholarship Program offers scholarships for Grades 9 and 11 for a two-year period. Scholarships may cover 25%, 50%, or 75% of the annual composite school fee. Eligibility criteria include minimum academic benchmarks: CBSE CGPA of 9.2 or above, ICSE 92% or above, IB MYP 50 points out of 56, or IGCSE 5 A and not more than one C. Additionally, for sports and co-curricular excellence, applicants may submit a portfolio and letters of recommendation. Scholarships are limited in number and awarded based on merit cum need, with the final decision at the school's discretion; the program may involve additional assessment.
