Additional Learning Support provides an inclusive environment for students with learning difficulties, ADHD and other needs; services include in-class collaboration, remedial sessions, IB-aligned exam accommodations, and pre-exam preparation with a team of trained special educators

Composite (tuition) fee — per term and annual totals
- The Composite School Fee is payable four times a year on 15 May, 15 August, 15 November and 15 February.
- Amounts payable per term (one instalment):
- Pre‑Nursery – Kindergarten: INR 1,61,250 per instalment (annual total INR 6,45,000).
- Grades 1 – 8: INR 2,03,750 per instalment (annual total INR 8,15,000).
- Grades 9 – 10: INR 2,80,000 per instalment (annual total INR 11,20,000).
- Grades 11 – 12: INR 3,46,250 per instalment (annual total INR 13,85,000).
- Residences (boarding) composite amount (if applicable) listed as INR 1,65,000 per instalment (annual total INR 6,60,000); boarding charges are applied in addition to the Composite School Fee where a student is resident.
One‑time and admission charges
- Application & Registration Fee (payable at time of admission): INR 20,000.
- Admission Fee (one‑time, payable at time of admission): INR 2,00,000.
- Pre‑Term Programme (where applicable) requires payment of one instalment of the Composite School Fee at the time of joining.
Refundable security deposit and contingency deposit
- Refundable Security Deposit (payable at admission):
- Pre‑Nursery – Kindergarten: INR 3,50,000.
- Grades 1 – 8: INR 4,00,000.
- Grades 9 – 12: INR 5,00,000.
- Contingency deposit for incidental expenses:
- Day students: Pre‑Nursery – Kindergarten INR 10,000; Grades 1–12 INR 20,000.
- Boarders: INR 30,000. New students must deposit an additional INR 10,000 at joining to cover initial expenses.
Optional and additional fees
- Optional fees (payable twice a year, 15 May and 15 November):
- Transport (Gurugram routes): INR 75,000 (per payment period as listed).
- Transport (Delhi routes): INR 80,000 (per payment period as listed).
- English Support: INR 1,32,000 (payable as noted).
- Additional Learning Support: INR 1,65,000 (payable as noted).
- The Composite School Fee excludes charges for uniforms, textbooks, annual camps, off‑campus activities and sports, external examinations, additional subject support, college application services, specialized projects, insurance, visa or foreigners' regional registration and similar items; these are billed separately as required.
Billing schedule, payment terms, penalties and rebates
- Regular instalment due dates: 15 May, 15 August, 15 November and 15 February. Payments not received by the pay‑by date attract a late fee penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Payments not received within 45 days of the pay‑by date may result in cancellation of enrolment.
- Withdrawal timetable and notice requirements: withdrawals may only occur at the end of a semester. End of Semester 1 withdrawals must be intimated by 30 November; end of year withdrawals must be intimated by 30 April. Late withdrawal intimations will attract a Notice Period Fee equal to two instalments of the Composite School Fee and, if applicable, two instalments of the Residences Fee for the following semester.
- Fee rebates and concessions:
- Annual payment rebate: 5% rebate on Composite School Fee and Residences Fee (if applicable) when all fee components for the entire year are paid upfront by 15 May.
- Sibling rebate: 10% rebate on Composite School Fee and Residences Fee (if applicable) for the younger sibling(s) while an elder sibling remains enrolled.
- Alumni child rebate: 50% rebate on the Admission Fee.
Boarding / residence charges and billing
- Boarding charges are applied in addition to the Composite School Fee. The Residences composite amount is INR 1,65,000 per instalment when applicable, payable on the same quarterly schedule as the Composite School Fee. Boarders also pay the refundable security deposit and the boarder contingency deposit specified above.

Pathways World School Gurugram is a day-and-boarding IB continuum school for ages 3 to 18, set on a 32-acre LEED Platinum-certified campus.
