World Scholar's Cup regional rounds were hosted at Pathways Gurgaon in April 2025, with 111 students participating across junior and senior categories in Team Debates, Scholar's Challenge, and Collaborative Writing. Pathways students have participated in Model United Nations events, including a conference hosted at Brahm Dutt Bluebells School in August 2023, practicing diplomacy, public speaking, and research. French learners took part in the International French Competition on October 19, with tests such as Concours Romain Rolland and French Word Power. The Spanish Olympiad India is an annual competition for Spanish-language learners.
The Arts program includes theatre, art, and music as part of co-curricular education, with opportunities through regular assemblies, workshops, and major public productions. Established artists are invited to present their work at the school, enriching students' exposure to the arts. A range of studios—art, design, music, dance, theatre, photography, and filmmaking—provide space for workshops and rehearsals, and the central amphitheatre hosts larger productions.
THE SOUK is a student-led language marketplace celebrating language learning and culture, with stalls for French and Spanish and conversations in the target languages. The Spain Cultural Program is a 12‑day cultural immersion in Barcelona for language learning, including living with host families. Language Day in the Primary School promotes interest in languages and reading. Round Square Language Lab sessions (Seven Sessions in Spanish) provide opportunities for language practice with partner schools.
Inter-House Music Competition was held in the Primary School, with Earth House winning the overall title. Inter-House Art Competition celebrated student creativity with announced results. The PYP Inter-House Dance Competition was held in 2024, showcasing student performances. The Inter-House Swimming Competition for 2024–25 recognized top swimmers in various categories, fostering house spirit and sportsmanship.
The Community Service Programme is an integral part of the curriculum and engages students in weekly service activities. Pathways has adopted 14 village schools, funding salaries, uniforms, books, sports equipment, mid-day meals, and other supplies. Regular student exchanges with village students are encouraged through sports activities and cultural programmes. Interact clubs and Rotary service projects promote global understanding and service opportunities.
The Student Council is an important student-led body that engages students in learning about democracy and leadership. It provides an avenue for identifying issues affecting learning, wellbeing, and welfare, and helps the management reach out to all students. Leaders such as Head Girl Anaisha Jain and Head Boy Vivaan Bansal exemplify student leadership.
PULSE (Pathways of Universal Life Support Education) offers life-skill sessions to build emotional awareness. Circle Time sessions help students develop positive relationships and problem-solving in groups. Wellbeing events such as Kindness Week and Peace Day promote mindfulness and community. Sensitization sessions address digital safety and adolescent well-being topics.
Pathways World School Gurugram is a day-and-boarding IB continuum school for ages 3 to 18, set on a 32-acre LEED Platinum-certified campus.
