The school offers a broad range of co-curricular activities that develop students' intellectual, emotional, cultural, physical and social attributes. The After-School Activities Programme and Clubs run throughout the academic year to complement the international curriculum (IB Primary Years Programme, Cambridge International Examinations and IB Diploma Programme) and provide enrichment and special-interest opportunities. Model United Nations is a forum for debate on global issues where delegates prepare speeches and draft resolutions. The Yearbook Committee plans and produces the digital yearbook, with roles in interviewing, design, filming, editing, copywriting and promotion, supported by the Student Council and staff.
The arts are central to a well-rounded education, with a strong visual and performing arts programme. Music opportunities include ASAC festivals, the ACG Choir, and Primary Productions and Concerts, with rehearsals led by specialist teacher Ms Shinta Valentine. The ACG Radio Station (Radio Wolf) gives students hands-on experience in scripting, research, interviews and podcast production in a professional studio. The arts programme fosters creative expression across music, drama and media.
The school offers an exciting and diverse programme of After-School Activities (ASA) and Clubs that run throughout the year, providing enrichment and special-interest experiences. Students can engage in social and leadership activities such as the Radio Wolf, Model United Nations and Yearbook Committee, which also encourage teamwork and communication. Leadership opportunities include roles that empower students to serve the school community and act as ambassadors for ACG Jakarta.
Eco Warriors educate and motivate the school community toward sustainability through the 3Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle). Students participate in Earth Day and external NGO activities, including Clean Up Jakarta Day and Hari Bersih Indonesia. The programme encourages active citizenship and community engagement.
Leadership development is actively encouraged, with students representing peers, leading sports teams and taking formal leadership roles. Student leaders are expected to be positive role models, ambassadors for the school, and mentors to other students. The Yearbook Committee provides opportunities to develop planning, organising, interviewing, design, filming, editing and teamwork skills.
The sports programme is wide-ranging and inclusive, offering opportunities to participate in basketball, football, volleyball, swimming, badminton and track and field.
