1. Complete Official Application Form
Parents must submit the admissions application online. This submission must include all necessary supporting documents and proof of payment for the application fee.
2. Entrance Tests and Interview
Following the application, the admissions office will contact the family to schedule an online entrance test and an oral interview (preferably face-to-face for families already in Bali). The online Cambridge assessments evaluate proficiency in Reading, Mathematics, and Developed Ability. The interview with a senior staff member is used to assess communication skills, personal qualities, and motivation.
3. Admission Outcome
The Executive Principal makes the final admissions decision based on a holistic review of the applicant's test scores, interview performance, academic records, and alignment with the school's ethos. This outcome is typically communicated to the family via email within two weeks of the assessment. Exact test scores are not provided to parents.
4. Admission Confirmed
An admission offer remains conditional until all required fees are successfully paid and transferred to the ACS Bali Yayasan account. Once the financial transfer is complete, the student's enrolment is officially confirmed for both the family and the school.
5. Welcome Pack Emailed to Family
After confirmation, the school will email a comprehensive Welcome Pack to the family. This pack contains all the relevant information and details needed for the student to successfully start their education at ACS Bali.
6. Start of Orientation Programme
Before classes officially begin, the school runs a planned induction program. This ensures that new students undergo a smooth transition and have a successful start to the academic year.

ACS Bali, opening for the 2025-2026 academic year, is situated within the Kura Kura Bali eco-development. The 4.8-hectare campus operates in an area characterized by mangrove forests and marine environments. Following the "ACS brand of education," the school instructs students using the Cambridge International Curriculum for Grades 1 through 10, culminating in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for Grades 11 and 12. A central feature of the student experience is the traditional House System, which groups students into specific factions (Oldham House and Thoburn House) to encourage community integration and peer support across different grade levels.
