ACS Jakarta offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for students aged 16 to 19. The school has been authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organisation to provide the IBDP since 2007. The DP Core comprises Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay and Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS), which broadens the educational experience. IB learners are encouraged to be inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open‑minded, caring, risk‑takers, balanced and reflective.
The school offers involvement in visual and performing arts as part of the IB Diploma Programme and broader school programs. In the IBDP, students engage in world languages and visual and performing art exhibitions. ACS Jakarta hosts MIAW (Music, Visual & Art Week) and other arts-related initiatives in liaison with curriculum and events. These opportunities allow students to express creativity alongside academic work.
English is the language of instruction for most subjects; Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese are taught as language offerings. ACS Jakarta is a K‑12 international school in Cilangkap and an IB World School with Cambridge Centre status. The curriculum includes Cambridge Primary, Cambridge IGCSE and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. A three‑year Pre‑IB pathway for Grade 10 leads into the IBDP, while the IGCSE pathway feeds DP. The IBDP comprises six subject groups plus DP Core (TOK, EE, CAS). In the DP, Group 1 offers English A, Indonesian A and Korean A; Group 2 includes Language B and Ab Initio; Groups 3–6 cover Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics and Arts. DP grade runs 1–7. On an eight‑hectare campus, ACS Jakarta provides wifi classrooms and spaces for art, science, music, language and sport, plus a library.
