Al-Firdaus Qur'an Memorization Girls' Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution established in 1987. With a strong foundation in Qur'an study, the pesantren undertakes the noble task of educating the younger generation to become hafizahs who understand and love the Holy Qur'an. The boarding school is rooted in the principle of sustainability, beginning with in-depth Qur'an studies, both memorization and understanding. Its founding began at the initiative of Nyai Hj. Mufidah, a figure who has dedicated and highly committed to the development of Islamic education. Nyai Hj. Mufidah, who is also the wife of Mr. H. Muhibbin, a lecturer at Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang, has instilled the spirit and vision to shape individuals who are of high quality and integrity. Located in Bangetayu Wetan Village, Genuk Semarang, the pesantren is an oasis for those who thirst for Qur'anic knowledge. With a conducive environment and supported by adequate facilities, the pesantren hosts around 100 santri from various backgrounds. In addition to prioritizing character formation, the pesantren provides space for developing academic potential and other skills. Through a holistic approach, the santri are guided to become future leaders who are virtuous and contribute positively to society, the nation and religion.
