Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Visit the School. Attending a school tour is a valuable step toward getting to know Beacon Academy and meeting key staff. A tour helps families understand the school's programs and culture. This step supports families in assessing fit with the school.
2. Apply for Admissions. Complete and submit the Admissions Form along with supporting documents. You will receive a letter confirming the receipt of your application. Assessments and interviews will then be arranged by the Admissions Team.
3. Admissions Activities. The Admissions Team will contact applicants regarding the enrolment process. For preschool, the enrolment process involves an observation session for the child. For Years 1 and up, the enrolment process includes a guided or individual assessment and an interview.
4. Offer and Acceptance. The application will be reviewed and an enrolment decision made. You will be notified in writing. A student's place is secured when the enrolment documentation and the non-refundable deposit have been paid.
Beacon does not adopt a chronological waiting list. The enrolment process is open all year round, and parents are encouraged to apply early to avoid disappointment. Sibling priority on the waiting list is given to families with a child at Beacon, but this does not guarantee a place.
