Beacon Academy is located on a 2.3 hectare campus in North Jakarta. It has a Science Lab, Libraries, a Maker Space & Robotics area, and Performing Arts facilities, including the Beacon Theatre with over 500 seats. The campus includes a full-size football field and a half Olympic-size swimming pool. There is an indoor gymnasium for basketball, badminton, volleyball and futsal, a tennis court, and a golf putting range. Early years and lower junior school playgrounds are on site.
Beacon's sports facilities include a multipurpose gymnasium used for indoor basketball, volleyball, badminton and futsal. A full-size football pitch is available for outdoor play. An indoor 25 metre swimming pool and outdoor tennis and basketball courts are on campus. There are table tennis facilities, a mini-golf course and an archery field. Beacon has competitive teams in football, basketball, volleyball and swimming, with students competing at district, provincial and national levels; some swimmers have represented the country in international competitions. A broad after-school sports program provides opportunities for training and competition with expert coaches.

Beacon's Extra Curricular programme covers The Arts, Sciences, Music and Sport. Clubs run during school hours to support students' interests. Examples of clubs include Robotics Clubs, Badminton Clubs, Violin Clubs, Origami Clubs, Baking Clubs, K-Pop Dance Clubs, Singing Clubs and Book Clubs. Participation in these programs is designed to build leadership, performance, creativity, and decision-making, and fosters character, confidence and self-esteem. Beacon Academy is an international school in North Jakarta serving students 3 to 18.
