The school has BUZZ MUN (Model United Nations), a Model United Nations conference hosted by BINUS SCHOOL Simprug. The school hosted its first onsite BUZZ MUN conference, inviting eight schools from across Indonesia and more than 60 students to participate; delegates engaged in debates on UNHRC, WHO, and ICJ topics.
The school has a Culturific Club that preserves Indonesia's culture through traditional dances such as Tari Jaipong and Tari Piring. Practices are held Mondays from 14:15–15:30, with a maximum of 12 participants per grade (grades 8–10); committee heads have CAS opportunities.
The school teaches Diploma Programme language offerings including Studies in Language & Literature (English A, Indonesian A, Korean A) and Language Acquisition (English B, Indonesian B, Mandarin B, French Ab Initio). The Diploma Programme core includes Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, and Creativity, Action and Service.
The school has active student clubs such as BUZZ MUN and the Culturific Club. Changemakers Fest 2022 is an SDG-aligned event for all PYP, MYP, and DP students; Eduphoria 2022 was a large virtual exhibition with more than 60 exhibitors.

Service as Action opportunities are available for grades 8–9, and CAS opportunities are available for committee heads.
BINUS School Simprug is an IB World School in South Jakarta that serves students from age 3 to 18 as a private day school. It offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme, with a Diploma core including the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, and Creativity, Activity and Service. Established in 1998 and relocated to Simprug in 2003, the school is part of BINA NUSANTARA and has collaborated with Hwa Chong Institution since 2007 for staff development and curriculum enhancement. In 2014 it was designated a Cooperative Education Unit by the Indonesian Ministry of Education.
