BSJ welcomes applications throughout the academic year, subject to availability. There are separate Application Forms for Foreign Students and Indonesian Students. Before starting the formal application, ensure you have the required documents; for International Passport Holders, documents include a passport/visa and residence records, school reports, reference letters, and related materials; Indonesian Passport Holders have their own documentation requirements listed under the application process. 4. Year Group Placement and fees. New students are assessed after enrolment to confirm appropriate year group placement. For 2026/2027, BSJ provides a Year Group Placement with an age-to-year mapping, and school fees for 2026/2027 are published, detailing annual fees plus any additional levies; fees can be paid annually or termly for most year groups, with Year 12–13 payable annually.
