Discounts on tuition

- Sibling discounts: 2nd sibling 3%; 3rd sibling 7%; 4th sibling 10% (discounts apply starting with the 2nd eldest child and require all students to be enrolled for at least one full year).
- Payment discounts: 5% discount for fees paid in full annually; 2% discount for fees paid by semester (two terms in advance).

Registration fee (on offer acceptance)

- For Year 1 to Year 13: IDR 17,000,000 for the first child registered and IDR 14,000,000 for each additional child from the same family. Registration fees are non‑refundable.

Capital (Building) Levy — payable once per year

- Early Years to Year 5: IDR 21,500,000 (non‑refundable) per family member (first and second member in attendance).
- Year 6 to Year 13: IDR 26,000,000 (non‑refundable) per family member (first and second member in attendance).

The Capital Levy supports campus facilities and land leases.

Materials and Resources Levy — payable once per year

- Early Years: IDR 8,500,000.
- Year 1–2: IDR 9,000,000.
- Year 3–6: IDR 9,500,000.
- Year 7–9: IDR 10,500,000.
- IGCSE (Years 10–11): IDR 12,500,000 (includes a TI‑84 Plus C Silver Edition graphic calculator).
- IB (Years 12–13): IDR 13,500,000 (includes a TI‑84 Plus C Silver Edition graphic calculator).

These levies are non‑refundable.

EOTC (camp) fee

- The EOTC (camp) fee will be charged in Term 1 and included on the Term 1 invoice.

Refundable Notice Deposit (RND)

- Entry at Early Years: IDR 25,000,000.
- Entry at Year 1 – Year 13: IDR 50,000,000.
- The RND is paid when a place is offered and accepted. Withdrawal notice in writing of one full term in advance is required for the RND to be refunded; failure to provide at least one full term's written notice results in forfeiture of the RND. Exceptional circumstances may be presented in writing to the Head of School for consideration.

Payment schedule and terms (2026–2027 due dates)

- Annual payment due date (full year): June 12, 2026.
- Semester payments due dates (two payments): Semester 1 due June 12, 2026; Semester 2 due January 04, 2027.
- Term payments (four terms) due dates: Term 1 due June 12, 2026; Term 2 due October 09, 2026; Term 3 due January 04, 2027; Term 4 due March 25, 2027.

- Tuition fees paid per term or per semester are non‑refundable if the student departs during a term. Tuition fees paid annually are refundable only in accordance with the number of full terms not attended in that year (maximum refund up to 2 terms). Capital and Materials/Resources Levies are non‑refundable. The RND is forfeited if less than one full term of written notice is given. Exceptional circumstances can be considered in writing by the Head of School.

Currency and payment terms

- The accepted currency for school invoicing is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All fees are to be paid in IDR as stated on invoices, except for parents who transfer from overseas accounts; the school may determine the exchange rate on the invoice date.

Canggu Community School (CCS Bali) is an international school for students aged 3 to 17 in Bali. It offers a blended curriculum: English National Curriculum for Early Years and Primary, Indonesian National Curriculum across year levels, and a Middle School adds core subjects plus Indonesian, Spanish and French. The Diploma Programme (IB DP) and Cambridge IGCSE are offered; CCS is a Cambridge International Exams Centre. CCS opened in 2001 and is governed by Yayasan Swamitra Internasional; it is fully accredited by CIS and WASC, with reaccreditation through 2025. The campus blends modern spaces with Balinese architecture, bordered by gardens and rice fields, and features science labs, a black box theatre, an amphitheatre, digital and performance music rooms, and an ICT lab.
