Yayasan Buah Hati opened its first Buah Hati Christian Preschool and Kindergarten in 1990, followed by the Cita Hati Christian Elementary School in Laguna Indah in 2000. In 2003, Cita Hati Christian Junior High School was established at Manyar Kertoarjo, with the Senior High School opening that year. In 2005, the school was authorized as the first International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme school in East Indonesia for grades 11–12 and moved to Pakuwon City. West Campus opened in Citraland in 2008 for Pre-School to Elementary, with a West Campus building at Bukit Bali B3/6 opening in 2009; Cambridge Certification for East Campus came in 2010. In 2015, West Campus expanded to Bukit Golf L2/1 and Weejoy was established in 2020.
Our Vision & Mission guides the school to provide an excellent educational experience centered on the Biblical worldview, building world-transforming generations with Character, Faith, and Wisdom. Core Values describe central beliefs that guide the actions of all stakeholders at the school. The Alumni Milestones document lists key events from 1990 through 2020, reflecting the school's long-standing community.
Virtual Parent Teacher Meetings were held in 2020 for East, West, and Samarinda campuses. The PTM announcement appeared on 8/7/20. Parents are invited to participate in PTMs via campus links. Cita Hati Christian School West Campus is part of a private Christian IB Continuum system that delivers IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme alongside Cambridge Primary and Cambridge IGCSE across campuses. The West Campus, opened in 2008 in Citraland, provides education from Pre-School to Elementary with modern facilities, labs, libraries and spaces for art, design, music and PE. Students explore inquiry-based learning in an environment that encourages curiosity, faith, and service. The school operates the Cheetah Spirit sports program, offering professional coaching and competition opportunities in a safe, supportive setting.
