Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Pre-register online via the Eduka portal. FSJ thanks you for submitting your request via the Eduka portal (lfjakarta.eduka.school). Registration is done online through the parent portal. 2. Prepare and submit the required documents with your pre-registration: birth certificate or copy of the French livret de famille; school attendance certificate; school attendance and dismissal certificate for CP onwards; school file and evaluation booklet; report cards for the last attended class; vaccination record (DTcp and optional BCG); copies of legal guardian's and child's passports; residence visa copy and guardian's visa copy (diplomatic or KITAS, to be handed in upon arrival); medical insurance certificate; repatriation insurance contract and assistance contact details. 3. Applications are processed through the FSJ admissions process; only applications duly completed on Eduka will be processed. 4. Admissions committee reviews submitted applications and makes decisions; you will be informed of the outcome after the committee meets (the committee is organized at the end of each term). 5. Confirmation of enrollment is sent by email from the admissions department once the committee approves your child's application, with a decision usually provided within two working days. 6. After acceptance, the finance department sends the invoice for tuition/registration fees to the identified payer. 7. Upon payment of the enrollment fee, a payment receipt is issued by the finance department together with notification of your child's definitive admission for the start of the academic year. 8. Re-enrollment for the following year is completed online in the 3rd trimester via the Eduka/parent portal; if departing, complete the departure form, return books/documents, and obtain the dismissal certificate on the last day of school.
