Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Registration and documents. Submit a completed registration form with nationality clearly identified. Provide health and immunization records, proof of identity (passport for expatriates, national ID for Indonesians), and the family card; include birth certificate, KITAS/KITAP for expatriates, NISN for Indonesian students, last three years of school reports, confidential references, and any transfer or equivalency documents as applicable. 2. Year level placement. Year level placement follows age as of October 31; exceptions may be made at leadership discretion. This placement determines entry from Kindergarten 4 through Year 12. 3. Application procedures and testing. Primary applicants complete a Primary School trial day. Secondary applicants take CAT4 and language placement tests in English and either Indonesian or Korean, and have an admissions interview. Assessments for overseas applicants may be conducted at their current school; Year 11 requires mathematics placement, and Year 12 requires completion of Year 1 of the IB Diploma Programme at the current school for consideration. 4. Admissions decisions and enrollment. Decisions follow the completion of the application, payment of the fee, and the required trials/testing. Admissions staff and leadership review applications; final decisions are made by the divisional heads. Parents are usually notified within about two weeks, though more time may be needed. Upon admission, finalize enrollment by submitting outstanding documents and payment; admitted students are added to class lists and may begin attending. 5. Waiting lists and contacts. Waiting lists apply when spaces are not available; applicants are given a realistic timeline and may be contacted periodically to confirm they wish to remain on the list.
When spaces are not available for a year level, applicants may be placed on a waiting list. The school provides a realistic timeline for admittance and may contact applicants periodically to confirm they wish to remain on the list. The enrollment situation is dynamic and waitlist status can change as spaces open.
