Billing schedule and payment terms
- Development fee (SP) is charged only for Grades 1–12 and may be paid either annually (per year) or up front for six years as the 6‑year SP option; TK and reception levels are exempt from SP. Payment of SP is required as part of the enrolment package when selecting the 6‑year or yearly option.
- Tuition (SPP) is billed either per term (every 3 months) or once per academic year under the annual plan (annual plan provides the equivalent of a one‑month discount). The termly figure above is the published three‑month amount; the annual amount is calculated as 11 × (monthly rate).
- Specific invoice due dates, penalties for late payment, and instalment schedules are part of the school's enrolment billing terms and are handled through the admissions/finance office at the time of contract.
Boarding / boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. Global Jaya School operates as a day school and does not run boarding or dormitory facilities. Fees for boarding therefore do not apply.
Other mandatory and typical additional costs
- Uniform: approximately IDR 700,000–IDR 800,000 for the standard three sets, one sweater and one sports kit (one‑off at start).
- Extracurricular / after‑school activities: additional charges apply and depend on activity choice (ASA/CCAs or external providers billed separately).
- Transportation (school bus), catering, special programmes, external examination fees and some subject‑specific consumables are charged separately as applicable. These costs vary by service and are billed in addition to SPP/SP.
- Textbooks, starter packs and standard exam fees are referenced as included for some programmes in third‑party fee summaries; parents should check the enrolment schedule for programme‑specific inclusions or exclusions.
Refund and withdrawal information
- The school's detailed refund and withdrawal terms are not published in the publicly available fee summaries; contractual terms for refunds, cancellations, and any applicable forfeiture of amounts (for example for enrolment or application fees) are set out in the enrolment contract and managed by the admissions/finance office. Parents receive the precise refund/withdrawal conditions when they accept a place.
Fee payment options (methods)
- The school's public fee summaries do not list a comprehensive, itemised set of accepted payment methods. Typical accepted methods at comparable international schools in the region include bank transfer and card payment; specific acceptable payment channels, bank account details, and payment reference instructions are provided in the school's invoice and enrolment paperwork. Parents should follow the billing instructions issued at offer/acceptance.
Notes for parents
- SP (development) applies only for Grades 1–12; TK classes are not charged SP. Annual vs termly SPP rates follow the schedule above (term = 3 months; annual = 11 months' payment under the annual plan). All fees shown are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) except where an external school guide expresses application/enrolment fees in USD; final billing currency and precise amounts will appear on the formal invoice at offer/acceptance.
