Billing schedule and payment terms
- Frequency published by programme: Early Childhood tuition is shown and billed per term; Elementary, Middle and High School tuition is shown per month in published schedules for the listed campuses.
- Deposit handling: the deposit paid to secure a place is normally deducted from the full enrollment fee when a student is accepted. The deposit is refundable if the applicant is rejected based on the school's assessment/placement process; the deposit is non-refundable if parents cancel enrollment themselves. Similar refundable/non-refundable rules are stated for deposits across branches.
- Admissions/assessment fees (for interviews, psycho/placement tests or class observation) are charged separately and are usually non-refundable. Examples include Observation/Assessment fees of Rp 1,000,000–Rp 2,000,000 or class-observation/test fees of around Rp 500,000 at some campuses.
- Enrollment fee timing: once an offer is accepted, parents complete payment of the enrollment (admission) fee by bank transfer and submit proof to Finance as part of registration. Published phrasing across campuses requires payment of the enrollment fee to finalize acceptance.
Boarding / residential provision and fees
- No boarding or residential fees are listed in the published fee schedules for the network's day-school branches; published programme descriptions and fee pages cover Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle and High School day programmes without a boarding option.
Other costs and optional charges (examples that appear in published materials or are commonly noted)
- Application/observation/assessment fees (see above). These are one-off charges during admissions.
- Class-enrichment / extracurricular activities: a wide range of optional enrichment clubs and activities are listed for campuses; these programmes are typically charged separately when applicable (amounts and billing are campus-specific and not always published as a single price list).
- Uniforms, school books, learning materials, school trips, transport (school bus) and some supplementary programmes are not listed as fixed amounts on the published campus fee images; these items are additional costs that parents should expect but which are not shown as a standard line-item fee in the published enrollment/tuition images.
Refunds and cancellations (published practice examples)
- Deposit refund: the deposit is refundable only when the school itself rejects the applicant after assessment; if parents cancel after paying the deposit the deposit is usually non-refundable.
- General refund rules: several campus pages state that fees already paid become non-refundable if parents unilaterally cancel enrollment; assessment of refunds follows the campus' admissions and finance procedures. Specific refund percentages or prorating policies for tuition are not published in the campus fee images.
Fee payment options (how parents are shown to pay)
- Bank transfer is the commonly published method for deposits and enrollment fee payments; campuses instruct parents to transfer and submit proof of payment to the Finance & Accounting department. Some campuses reference payment via a virtual account provided by Finance for online admissions payments. Credit-card acceptance is not shown on the published fee images; parents are instructed to use bank transfer/virtual account in the published admissions steps.
Summary of gaps / notes for your database
- Published campus fee images give clear enrollment and tuition figures for each campus and programme (examples above). Uniform, specific uniform pricing, detailed transport (school bus) rates, explicit per-year billing calendars (exact invoice dates), any campus-specific discounts, and detailed prorated refund percentages for tuition are not presented as fixed numbers on the published fee images and campus pages. Where those details are required, they are handled by each campus' Finance & Admissions offices.
