Fees
Application & registration fees

- Application / enrolment form fee: a one-time payment is required to purchase and submit the New Student Enrollment Form. Payment for the enrollment form may be made using a BCA Virtual Account or other payment methods specified by the school.

- Entrance / registration (uang pangkal) fee: a single-entry contribution payable at the time of acceptance/registration. Amounts vary by entry year and grade level; examples reported for secondary levels are shown below under Tuition.

Tuition fees by year group (typical structure and reported ranges)

- Kindergarten / Early Years:
- Tuition is charged annually; published public figures are not centrally available, and fees for early years typically sit below senior secondary levels but include the same component structure (tuition, materials, activity charges). Parents should expect separate charges for learning materials and some year-start items.

- Elementary (Primary):
- Tuition is charged per academic year with common billing options including annual, semester or monthly instalments. Publicly reported exact amounts for IPEKA Integrated primary are not centrally published; typical components include tuition, learning materials, uniforms, and activity fees.

- Junior High (SMP):
- Reported example values for junior-high level components include an entrance (uang pangkal) in the range of IDR 25,000,000 to IDR 35,000,000 (one-off) and recurring tuition (SPP) commonly reported in the range of IDR 2,500,000 to IDR 4,000,000 per month. Translate the monthly range to an approximate annual tuition of IDR 30,000,000 to IDR 48,000,000 depending on the billing schedule and inclusion/exclusion of materials or activity fees.

- Senior High (SMA / IBDP):
- Reported example values for senior-high include a one-off entrance (uang pangkal) around IDR 75,000,000 for entry into senior high, and recurring tuition in published estimates around IDR 14,000,000 per month. Using that monthly figure gives an indicative annual tuition near IDR 168,000,000 if billed monthly for 12 months; actual annual or semester billing may differ.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing cadence: tuition may be offered with multiple payment schedules (annual, semester, or instalments) and parents are billed according to the payment plan confirmed at registration. Payment timing and detailed instalment options are communicated to families during the acceptance/registration process.

- Deadlines and late payment: fees are normally due before or at the start of the relevant billing period (term/semester/month) and late payments can incur penalties or administrative action as set out in the school's finance terms.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

- IPEKA Integrated Christian School operates as a day school and does not list boarding as a campus service; no boarding fee schedule is published for the campus profile.

Other payable items (typical additional costs)

- Uniforms: one-off uniform purchases at enrolment and replacements during schooling; reported example values for uniform and book starter packs are commonly in the low millions of IDR (for example IDR 3,000,000–IDR 5,000,000 for initial uniform and basic materials depending on grade).

- Textbooks and learning materials: charged either as a separate one-off charge at enrolment or billed per term/annually; costs depend on year level and curriculum (IB/IBDP materials in senior years can increase costs).

- Co-curricular activities, excursions, instrument rental, transport and school events: these items are commonly charged separately and billed as required throughout the year.

Refund information

- Refunds and cancellations: the school's refund policy for application fees, registration/entrance (uang pangkal) and tuition is governed by the enrolment agreement and school finance terms; partial or no refund of one‑off entrance contributions is commonly applied depending on timing of withdrawal and the school's specific policy.

Fee payment options

- Accepted payment channels: payments for application/enrolment forms and school fees can be made via BCA Virtual Account as one confirmed method; additional options commonly include bank transfer and the payment methods stated in enrolment communications.

- Payment processing: electronic transfers into school virtual accounts or bank accounts are used for form purchase and fee payments; detailed payment instructions and account details are provided to families during the registration/acceptance process.

Notes on amounts presented above

- The amounts and ranges presented above reflect reported figures and typical component structure for IPEKA Integrated Christian School (IICS) and comparable campuses. Actual, binding fee amounts, billing cycles, instalment availability, discounts, sibling concessions and refund specifics are set at the time of offer and recorded in the school's enrolment and finance agreement.
