- Registration Fee (non‑refundable): IDR 4,750,000 for Early Years (Toddlers to Senior Foundation). IDR 9,500,000 for Primary to Secondary.

- Toddlers (half day): IDR 32,300,000 per year / IDR 16,660,000 per semester / IDR 8,500,000 per term.
- Toddlers (full day): IDR 44,650,000 per year / IDR 23,030,000 per semester / IDR 11,750,000 per term.
- Playgroup (half day): IDR 37,620,000 per year / IDR 19,404,000 per semester / IDR 9,900,000 per term.

Resources Fee and Other Annual Charges
- Resources Fee (non‑refundable): IDR 4,750,000 for Early Years (Toddlers to Senior Foundation). IDR 9,500,000 for Primary and Secondary. Due date: 1 July 2025. The Resources Fee covers classroom materials, IT equipment, sports gear, library resources, furniture and other school resources.
- Personal supplies: Parents must provide a pencil case with basic supplies; from Grade 3 onward a personal laptop or tablet is expected.
- Uniforms and any separately billed items: No separate fixed uniform fee appears in the annual fee schedule; parents are responsible for purchasing required uniform items and any optional items not covered by the Resources Fee.
Tuition Discounts and Sibling Concessions
- Semester Payment discount: 2% discount for fees paid by semester (two terms in advance).
- Yearly Payment discount: 5% discount for fees paid in full for the year.
- Sibling discounts on tuition: second‑oldest sibling receives 10% discount; third‑oldest and subsequent siblings receive 20% discount.
Billing Schedule and Payment Terms (2025/2026 dates shown)
- Payment due dates (Tuition/Term/Semester/Annual schedule): Term 1 — 1 July 2025; Term 2 — 1 October 2025; Term 3 — 1 January 2026; Term 4 — 1 April 2026. The Resources Fee due date: 1 July 2025.
- Late payment: Outstanding fee payments after the due date incur a late payment charge of 1% of the total amount owed, calculated per week outstanding. Continued non‑payment after one month may result in prohibition from class attendance and/or withholding of student reports.
Boarding / Residential Provision
- Boarding fees: Not applicable — the published annual fee schedule contains no boarding or residential fees. All listed fees relate to day‑school tuition, registration and resources.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
- Tuition paid per term or per semester is non‑refundable if the student departs prematurely during that term.
- Written notice requirement: Any withdrawal or change of programme must be informed in writing one term (10 weeks) before the intended date of withdrawal or change.
- Annual payments: Tuition fees paid annually are eligible for refund pro‑rata in accordance with the number of full terms that will not be attended in that year.
- Resources Fee: Non‑refundable.
Payment Methods and Practical Payment Instructions
- Accepted payment method (documented): Bank transfer to CIMB Niaga (currency: IDR). Account details provided by the school (Account Number: 860017617800; Account Holder: Yayasan Sekolah Intercultural Lombok; Bank Code: 022; Branch: KCP Kuta Mandalika, Jl. Raya Kuta No. 6A). Families are asked to email a copy of the bank transfer to accounts@mandalikaschool.org.
- Payment plans: Monthly payment plans may be organised for families with genuine financial hardship upon written request to the Principal received prior to the due date. Failure to request a plan before the due date may affect the child's attendance.
