Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment frequencies available: annual (single payment), semester (2 payments per year), or term (4 payments per year). When paying by semester or term, tuition is divided accordingly and invoiced on the schedule shown on the school invoice.
- For new enrolments, the Registration Fee (where applicable), Capital Fee and the tuition for the first term must be paid in advance before the student starts classes.
- Fee currency and exchange-rate adjustments: the school operates fee billing linked to Rupiah and US Dollar; fees and the conversion rate are reviewed and may be adjusted each term to reflect exchange-rate movement. An example mechanism described in the policy references the Bank Indonesia average rate and termly adjustments.
- Late-payment penalty: outstanding fee balances are subject to a late-payment charge (example: 2% per month) and the school may withhold access, reports, and certificates until accounts are cleared.

Boarding / Residence

- Boarding is not offered; the school operates as a day school. No boarding fees apply.

Other costs and optional fees

- IB examination fees for DP students (paid to the IB and billed via the school): approximately IDR 17,000,000 per DP student (may vary with IB fees and exchange rates). Pamoja online course fees apply where used by DP students and will be added to the student invoice.
- Transport / bus service: school-provided bus transport is available at additional cost; bus availability and routes are limited and charged separately.
- Books, stationery and learning materials: the standard tuition fee includes books, stationery and learning materials for the academic year. Personal items (for example a laptop/tablet for older grades) and some optional activities (after‑school clubs, private music lessons, school photographs, yearbook, excursions) may incur additional charges as itemised on invoices. DP students are typically required to supply a personal laptop/MacBook for DP study.

Refund information

- All school fees are non‑refundable. For new enrolments the Registration Fee and other charges required to secure the place are non‑refundable; invoices and the school's fee policy state that fees already paid will not be returned.

Fee payment options and banking details

- Primary payment method: bank transfer. Domestic IDR transfers use the school's Mandiri Cash Management account as specified on each invoice. International USD transfers are accepted to the school's Bank Mandiri USD account (SWIFT: BMRIIDJA); beneficiaries and account numbers are provided on the school invoice.
- Invoices include the payment instructions applicable to the family's chosen currency and payment schedule; the school adjusts invoiced amounts for exchange‑rate mechanisms when applicable. Late fees and payment terms are shown on each Tuition Fees Account.

Discounts and special charges
